27 Jan Seagate’s Pine Valley model under contract at Quail West
Seagate Development Group LLC’s 5,727-square-foot Pine Valley grand estate furnished model at Quail West is under contract, the fourth grand estate residence Seagate has sold at Quail West in the past 12 months. Plans for a new estate model are in development and will be announced soon.
Designed by Stofft Cooney Architects, the Pine Valley includes a great room that opens to an outdoor living area with a pool and spa, a fireplace, and an outdoor kitchen and dining area. A detached one-bedroom casita is adjacent to the pool. The plan also features a double-island kitchen, a club room with a media area, a bar with a window that opens to the outdoor living area, a walk-in wine room, and a lounge area. One of the two guest bedrooms serves as a VIP suite and opens to a private terrace and garden. A gallery hallway includes floor to ceiling windows with a cut-out for a desk set into a window nook overlooking a garden. A sitting area in the master bedroom offers views of another garden. Seagate’s Pine Valley grand estate was listed at $4.295 million with furnishings.
The Pine Valley features an interior design by Freestyle Interiors. The design presents angular clean-line ceiling details with minimal crown molding. Modern details are tempered with touches of classic styling for a setting of timeless grace. The color palette incorporates deep coppers and terracotta blended with pales blues, espressos, and French gray against a background of soft creamy wall tones. The flooring is light gray wire-brushed oak.
The foyer is bright with floor-to-ceiling windows on either side that visually blend the indoors and outdoors. The foyer flows into a great room with a feature wall that showcases a built-in media center in a dark espresso finish. The club room functions as a casual gathering area that includes a walk-in wine room and an indoor-outdoor bar. One corner is devoted to television viewing with a transitional console finished in a walnut tone and a sectional sofa. In the dining area, a rectangular table in dark walnut seats eight.
The kitchen features dark espresso cabinetry on the island base with a lighter finish on the perimeter cabinetry where an impressive range hood also commands attention. Natural stone counter tops are featured across all surfaces. Two guest suites offer privacy, one with views onto a landscaped garden area and the other, a VIP suite, with its own private terrace. In the detached casita. The outdoor living area includes a kitchen and dining space as well as two lounging areas. A hallway past the club room leads to the master bedroom where an upholstered bed in light linen is accompanied by walnut nightstands with wrought-iron legs. The flooring in the master bath transitions from light oak to off-white honed marble. The vanity cabinetry is in a walnut tone to contrast with white marble counter tops. Adjacent to a freestanding tub, the shower showcases white marble and taupe-colored limestone.
Seagate is also a preferred builder at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club and is building luxury residences in the community’s Salerno 2 and Sardinia neighborhoods. Miromar Lakes is being developed by Miromar Development Corp. Miromar Lakes is the only community in Southwest Florida to offer waterfront living, beaches, and golf all at one location.
Seagate is offering four floor plans in Salerno 2. Designed by RG Designs, the open-concept plans range from 3,150 to 4,228 square feet under air.
A completed furnished model showcasing the Tortola plan is open for viewing. Priced at $2.595 million with furnishings, the Tortola model’s Hamptons beach house inspired architectural style designed by RG Designs offers an open-concept floor plan with 3,892 square feet under air and an additional 1,058 square feet of outdoor living space.
Seagate is also building its Sabbia furnished model in the Sardinia neighborhood at Miromar Lakes. Situated on a lakefront site that offers long range water views and priced at $4.65 million with furnishings, the Sabbia is part of Seagate’s Beach Collection in Sardinia. The three-level, 6,227-square-foot under air floor plan is one of two floor plans designed by RG Designs currently available in Sardinia.
Seagate has processed seven home site sales at Hill Tide Estates, a 9.98-acre gated enclave being developed by Seagate on the southern tip of Boca Grande. Just 12 home sites priced starting in the $2 millions remain available. Located on Gasparilla Island, the Hill Tide Estates community is the only site on Boca Grande that overlooks Boca Grande Pass, one of the most heralded saltwater fishing locations in the world. The south side of the property is bordered by a state park and offers unobstructed views of Cayo Costa, a barrier island only accessible by boat.
Nine floor plan choices, ranging from 3,004 to over 5,000 square feet under air, are included in the Hill Tide Estates offering. The floor plans were designed by RG Designs. A furnished model showcasing the Captiva plan is on schedule for completion in fall. The furnished model is priced at $5.995 million. Freestyle Interiors’ Lead Designer Ruta Menaghlazi is creating the interior for the Captiva model and Outside Productions, Inc. is crafting the design for the landscaping, outdoor living area, pool, and spa. The Captiva plan includes 4,865 square feet under air and a total of 11,184 square feet under roof.
Two completed furnished models and 16 home sites remain available for purchase at Seagate’s Windward Isle community. Windward Isle is a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes being developed by Seagate south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples. Seagate’s Windward Isle offering features eight one- and two-story open-concept designs by RG Designs and Weber Design Group that feature the community’s coastal West Indies architectural style.

The 3,065-square-foot Abacos great room plan includes a wet bar, island kitchen, dining area, study, three bedrooms, three full baths, one half-bath, an outdoor living area, and a three-car garage. The Abacos model is priced at $1.745 million with furnishings.
The 3,074-square-foot under air Sea Breeze I model includes an expansive great room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen with a vaulted ceiling, beamed ceiling details, and windows at the top of the walls. Pocketing sliders open to a covered lanai, pool, and a pavered pool deck. The plan features a study, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths plus an optional pool bath, and a three-car garage. The master suite includes two walk-in closets and separate water closets. The Sea Breeze I model is priced at $1.695 million, fully furnished.
