27 Oct Seagate to start third custom end-user residence at Quail West
Seagate Development Group LLC is poised to begin construction of a third end-user grand estate residence at Quail West. Designed by RG Designs, the 4,378-square-foot under air home will showcase an open-concept floor plan with a sprawling great room that opens to the outdoor living area, a dining area that also opens to the outdoors, a gourmet double-island kitchen, four bedrooms – one of which is a VIP guest suite, four-and-a-half baths, and a study. Other features include a garden off the master bath, a wet bar, a walk-in pantry, a two-car garage, and an owner’s garage. The outdoor living area will feature a trellised conversation area off the great room, a second conversation area with a two-sided fireplace, an island kitchen, and a custom pool and spa surrounded by a landscaped pool deck.
Construction of Seagate’s 5,800-square-foot pre-sold custom grand estate Spring Hill end-user residence is underway at Quail West. The grand estate will incorporate large living spaces, gardens and water features, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a reception area, a massive great room, island kitchen, wet bar, and a dining area with a walk-in wine room. The plan features a study/club room, two, two-and-a-half car garages and an outdoor living area with a year-round kitchen, fireplace, a custom pool with an island, multiple gathering areas, and numerous water features. The plan also includes an entry sequence that includes a courtyard garden, fountains, and pools, all will be showcased with dramatic landscape lighting. The approach will lead to the home’s primary entry that will include a foyer with floor-to-ceiling glass walls.
Seagate has also started a 4,758-square-foot end-user grand estate home at Quail West. The home’s open-concept floor plan features a reception parlor with tall windows overlooking the pool deck, a great room the opens to the outdoor living area and includes a fireplace and a wet bar, a double-island kitchen, a dining area with pocketing sliders that open the space to the outdoors, and a children’s playroom. Two of the home’s four bedrooms open to a landscaped courtyard. The master suite is adjacent to a study. The suite features a bathroom with his and her water closets, his and her vanities, a freestanding tub, and a walk-in shower. The outdoor living area features an island kitchen, a pool bath, multiple conversation areas, roll down screens, and a spacious pool deck with a pool and spa. The plan also includes a two-car garage and a two-and-a-half car garage with dedicated golf cart storage.
Seagate is also in the final design and development stage for two new furnished grand estate models at Quail West. Construction of one of the models, The Oak Hill, is expected to start this fall. The second model, The Streamsong, is scheduled to start first quarter 2019. Both models are being designed by Rich Guzman at RG Designs.
The preliminary design for The Oak Hill residence includes 5,646 square feet of air-conditioned space plus an outdoor living area featuring a kitchen with an island bar and dining area, a conversation area with a fireplace, and a pool and spa. Visitors will be greeted in a wide foyer and an elegant parlor with tall windows overlooking the pool and spa. An open dining area with a glass-encased walk-in wine room and an island bar will be between the parlor and a great room and double-island kitchen. The great room will open to the outdoor conversation area. The plan includes three guest VIP suites, two open to the outdoor living area. At the opposite end of the home, a study with custom built-in storage will also overlook the outdoors. A private hallway with a morning bar will lead to the owner’s suite. The owner’s bedroom will feature a sitting area with pocketing sliders that will open to a private covered patio. His and her walk-in closets will flank a hallway leading to an owner’s bathroom with his and her vanities and water closets. The bath will also feature a walk-in shower and a freestanding tub. The plan also includes a four-car garage.
The Streamsong will feature 5,295 square feet under air and an outdoor living area measuring 1,191 square feet. The exterior of the home will include a covered entry sequence lined by columns and a series of planters. Double doors will open to an immense foyer and grand reception room that will share a two-sided fireplace with the adjacent great room. The great room will open to a covered lanai with a fireplace, an island kitchen, and conversation and dining areas. Inside, the great room will anchor a living space that will include a large dining area that can accommodate a table with seating for ten and a double-island kitchen. A hallway overlooking a garden courtyard will lead from the living area to a club room and three VIP guest suites, each will have a full bath and one will open to the outdoor living area. A study/office is located at the opposite end of the hallway, just outside an owner’s suite that will include an elegant vestibule, a bedroom that will open to the outdoors, two walk-in closets, and a bath with his and her water closets, his and her vanities, a freestanding tub, and a walk-in shower. Other features include a powder bath, a pool bath, a drive-through portico, a three-car garage, and a one-car garage that includes a large storage space.
Seagate is continuing to expand its custom home construction and luxury home remodeling activity throughout Southwest Florida’s finest communities and neighborhoods. The developer and homebuilder is also currently building custom end-user residences at Renaissance in Fort Myers, Windward Isle in North Naples, and at Hill Tide Estates at Boca Grande on Gasparilla Island. Remodeling projects are underway in Estuary at Grey Oaks and Pelican Bay, the Shadow Wood community in Bonita Springs, in Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, and on Boca Grande, where Seagate is renovating the Boca Grande Lighthouse United Methodist Church. The end-user custom home construction and remodeling activity are being undertaken as Seagate is continuing to develop new furnished models at Windward Isle, Hill Tide Estates, Miromar Lakes, and at Quail West.
Seagate has completed six end-user residences at Windward Isle and six are under construction. Windward Isle is a gated enclave of single-family luxury homes being developed by Seagate south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples. Windward Isle features custom residences designed for construction on Windward Isle’s home sites, as well as eight, one- and two-story open-concept designs by RG Designs and Weber Design Group that showcase the community’s coastal West Indies architectural style. New home choices available at Windward Isle include two completed furnished model homes, a model currently under construction, a model scheduled to start construction in this month, and 11 home sites.
