06 Oct Seagate expands its custom home and remodeling activity
Seagate Development Group LLC is continuing to expand its custom home design and construction and luxury home remodeling activity throughout Southwest Florida’s finest communities and neighborhoods. The developer and homebuilder is currently building custom residences for end users in the Renaissance community in Fort Myers, Windward Isle in North Naples, on Boca Grande, and at Quail West in North Naples.
Remodeling projects are underway in Estuary at Grey Oaks and Pelican Bay in Naples, the Shadow Wood community in Bonita Springs, in Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, and on Boca Grande where Seagate is renovating the community’s Boca Grande Lighthouse United Methodist Church.
The end user custom home construction and remodeling activity is being undertaken as Seagate continues to develop new furnished models at Windward Isle, Hill Tide Estates at Boca Grande on Gasparilla Island, Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, and at Quail West.
Seagate has completed six end-user residences at Windward Isle and six are under construction. Windward Isle is a gated enclave of single-family luxury homes being developed by Seagate south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples. Seagate’s Windward Isle offering features custom residences designed for construction on Windward Isle’s home sites, as well as eight, one- and two-story open-concept designs by RG Designs and Weber Design Group that showcase the community’s coastal West Indies architectural style. New home choices remain available at Windward Isle, including two completed furnished model homes, a model currently under construction, a model scheduled to start construction this month, and 11 home sites. Seagate announced earlier that a model featuring its popular Grenada floor plan currently under construction has sold, marking the second time a Grenada model has sold prior to completion.
Windward Isle offers a low density of luxury homes with low homeowners’ association fees and is located near the area’s best schools, shopping, and beach activities. The community is less than a mile from The Ritz-Carlton Tiburon Golf Resort; less than three miles from Mercato; and less than four miles from Waterside Shops and The Ritz-Carlton, Naples Beach Resort. Artis-Naples, NCH North Naples Hospital, Community School, Pelican Marsh Elementary School, and Barron Collier High School are also close by as are the shops and eateries at the Shops at Vanderbilt.
Seagate is also set to begin construction of a custom home at Boca Grande featuring its 4,717-square-foot Gasparilla floor plan. The Gasparilla plan is included in Seagate’s offering at Hill Tide Estates on Gasparilla Island. The Hill Tide Estates community, being developed by Seagate, is a 9.98-acre gated enclave on the southern tip of Boca Grande and the only site on Boca Grande that overlooks Boca Grande Pass.
The Gasparilla plan offers a large great room, double-island kitchen and casual dining area. An L-shaped bar, a glass enclosed walk-in wine room, a study, and the master suite are also on the first floor. A three-car garage includes a fishing and boat gear storage space. The great room, master bedroom, and a gallery hallway open to an outdoor living area with a fireplace, island bar, outdoor kitchen, and a pool and spa. An elevator leads to an upstairs that includes three guest bedrooms, two of which are VIP suites that open to a covered sunset deck. A lounge for reading and television viewing also opens to the sunset deck and includes a wet bar and refrigerated beverage center.
Seagate’s furnished model showcasing its Captiva floor plan is under construction at Hill Tide Estates and scheduled for completion this fall. Nine floor plans, ranging from 3,004 to over 5,000 square feet under air designed by RG Designs, are included in Seagate’s Hill Tide Estates offering. The Captiva model is priced at $5.995 million with furnishings. A second model, the unfurnished Silver King by BCB Homes, is also under construction priced at $7.5 million. Twelve home sites priced starting in the $2 million remain available at Hill Tide Estates.
Seagate is also designing a model featuring its new 4,545-square-foot under air Bal Harbour floor plan for construction at Hill Tide Estates. The three-level Bal Harbour plan includes two living levels. The plan’s ground level main entry and front porch are flanked by two oversized garages. A ground level foyer provides access to an elevator and a staircase that leads to the living levels. The ground level also features a space that is ideal for storage or for a finished game room or “man cave.” The space opens to a patio and to a ground level outdoor living space.
Priced at $4.650 million with furnishings and part of Seagate’s Beach Collection in Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club’s Sardinia neighborhood, Seagate’s three-level, 6,227-square-foot under air Sabbia model designed by RG Designs is under construction and scheduled for completion this fall. Interior Designer Ruta Menaghlazi is creating the home’s interior design, and Outside Productions International Inc. is crafting the design for the outdoor living area, an elevated pool and spa, and landscaping.
Seagate is introducing its new Fontana floor plan in Sardinia, a three-level, 4,818-square-foot under air plan designed by RG Designs. Seagate is also featuring four floor plans by RG Designs in Miromar Lakes’ Salerno 2 neighborhood ranging from 3,150 to 4,228 square feet under air.
In addition to three custom grand estate end-user residences, Seagate is in the final design and development stage in advance of construction of two new furnished grand estate models at Quail West. Construction of one of the models, The Oak Hill, is expected to start this fall.
The preliminary design for The Oak Hill residence includes 5,646 square feet of air-conditioned space plus an immense outdoor living area featuring an outdoor kitchen with an island bar and a dining area, a conversation area with a fireplace, and a pool and spa. The second model, The Streamsong, is scheduled to start first quarter 2019. The Streamsong will feature 5,295 square feet under air and an outdoor living area measuring 1,191 square feet. The exterior of the home will include a covered entry sequence lined by columns and a series of planters. Both models are being designed by Rich Guzman at RG Designs.
Construction of Seagate’s 5,800-square-foot pre-sold custom grand estate Spring Hill end user residence is underway at Quail West. The grand estate will incorporate large living spaces, numerous gardens and water features, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a reception area, and a massive great room, island kitchen, wet bar, and a dining area with a walk-in wine room. The plan features a study/clubroom, two, two-and-a-half car garages and a landscaped outdoor living area with a year-round kitchen, fireplace, a custom pool with an island, multiple gathering areas, and numerous water features. The plan also includes an entry sequence that includes a courtyard garden, fountains, and pools, all of which will be showcased with dramatic landscape lighting. The approach will lead to the home’s primary entry that will include a foyer with floor-to-ceiling glass walls.
