Seagate announces plans for 4th estate model at Quail West

Seagate Development Group LLC is in the process of designing a 5,000-square-foot grand estate furnished model to be built at Quail West. The new model will join Seagate’s collection of three completed estate residences at the North Naples community. The new residence is being designed by RG Designs.

Plans call for the model to incorporate large living spaces, numerous gardens and water features, four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a reception area, and a massive great room, island kitchen, wet bar, and a dining area with a walk-in wine room. The preliminary plan also features a study/club room, two, two-and-a-half car garages and a landscaped outdoor living area with a year-round kitchen, fireplace, a custom pool with an island, multiple gathering areas, and numerous water features. Plans also call for an entry sequence that includes a courtyard garden, fountains and pools, all of which will be showcased with dramatic landscape lighting. The approach will lead to the home’s primary entry that will include a foyer with floor-to-ceiling glass walls that will provide views of the garden and water features.

Seagate’s completed furnished estate models at Quail West includes its 5,464-square-foot Calusa model that was also designed by RG Designs. The Calusa features a great room that flows into a double-island kitchen and a dining area with an indoor/outdoor bar that opens to a covered lanai space. A gallery hallway leads to a club room, two VIP guest suites, and a garden courtyard. The club room includes a full bath and a walk-in closet and can serve as a fifth bedroom. A guest casita is off an outdoor living area featuring an outdoor kitchen and bar, a fireplace, a custom pool and spa, and a fire pit. The owner’s wing features a study with a sitting area, a master bedroom with a sitting area and private terrace, and a master bath with his and her vanities, a freestanding tub, and a walk-in shower. The plan also includes a four-car garage.  The furnished Calusa estate model is priced at $4.295 million.

Seagate’s 5,524-square-foot under air Oakmont grand estate showcases a transitional architectural design by RG Designs. The design includes a circular approach and a covered porch with columns leading to an interior entry sequence encased in floor-to-ceiling glass. The plan includes an additional 2,931 square feet of outdoor spaces under roof. Windows throughout the living areas create a light-filled ambiance and provide views of an infinity edge pool and spa surrounded by a deck that is cantilevered over the pool. The Oakmont is priced at $4.495 million, including furnishings.

Designed by Stofft Cooney Architects, Seagate’s 5,727-square foot Pine Valley estate includes a great room that opens to an outdoor living area with a pool and spa, a fireplace, and an outdoor kitchen with a dining area.  A detached one-bedroom casita with a private bathroom will be adjacent to the pool. Inside, the plan features a club room with a media area, a bar with a window that opens to the outdoor living area, a walk-in wine room, and a lounge area. One of the two guest bedrooms serves as a VIP suite and opens to a private terrace and garden. A double-island kitchen will satisfy the most discriminating gourmet. A gallery hallway includes floor to ceiling windows with a cut-out for a desk overlooking a large garden. A sitting area in the master bedroom will offer views of another garden. The plan includes a four-car garage. The Pine Valley is priced at $4.295 million with furnishings.

Seagate is also poised to begin construction of its Captiva and Sanibel furnished model residences at Hill Tide Estates, a 9.98-acre gated enclave on the southern tip of Boca Grande. Pricing for the models will be determined after construction commences. Six floor plans are now included in the Fort Myers-based developer’s Hill Tide Estates offering. Designed RG Designs, the Old Florida style plans range from 3,577 to to over 5,000 square feet under air. Nineteen luxury estate home sites, starting at $1.4 million, are available for purchase. The community is generating significant interest within the Gulf coast luxury real estate market. A recent on-site event attracted more than 400 visitors. Four pending sales contracts are in the process of being finalized. An on-site sales center is open daily.

After completing the sale of its furnished Grenada model, Seagate has started construction of a new Grenada model at Windward Isle, a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes being developed by Seagate just south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples. The 4,079-square-foot, two-story Grenada floor plan is base priced at $1.475 million. Created by Weber Design Group, the open concept plan includes a great room, dining area, and kitchen, as well as a study with a walk-in closet, the master suite, and a guest suite on the first floor. Two upstairs bedrooms and a game room offer an area for studying, entertaining, and watching television. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a covered outdoor balcony. The plan features four full baths and one half-bath, a three-car garage, and an outdoor living area with a covered lanai and pool. Pricing for the new furnished Grenada model will be announced as construction progresses.

Seagate has been named a Preferred Builder at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club and will begin construction of its furnished Tortola estate model in the community’s Salerno 2 neighborhood this month. The Tortola’s Hamptons beach house inspired architectural style designed by RG Designs offers a flowing, open-concept floor plan with 3,892 square feet under air and an additional 1,058 square feet of outdoor living space. The home’s grand entry and wide foyer will lead to a massive grand room that fully opens to the outdoor living area. The grand room, gourmet island kitchen, and a dining area with a full wet bar will offer an elegant yet comfortable living space. The plan also includes a study, four bedrooms, four full baths and two half-baths and a three-car garage. The sitting area in the owner’s bedroom opens to the outdoors while two of the guest suites open to a private walled garden. The third guest bedroom serves as a VIP suite that opens to a sprawling outdoor living area with a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, dining and conversation areas, a pergola, and a pool and spa.
