25 Mar Seagate breaks ground on model at Miromar Lakes
MIROMAR LAKES — Seagate Development Group LLC has broken ground for its furnished Tortola estate model in Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club’s Salerno 2 neighborhood. The Tortola’s Hamptons beach house inspired architectural style designed by RG Designs offers a flowing, open-concept floor plan with 3,892 square feet under air and an additional 1,058 square feet of outdoor living space.
The home’s grand entry and wide foyer will lead to a massive grand room that fully opens to the outdoor living area. The grand room, gourmet island kitchen, and a dining area with a full wet bar will offer an elegant yet comfortable living space. The plan also includes a study, four bedrooms, four full baths and two half-baths and a three-car garage. The sitting area in the owner’s bedroom opens to the outdoors while two of the guest suites open to a private walled garden. The third guest bedroom serves as a VIP suite that opens to an outdoor living area with a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, dining and conversation areas, a pergola, and a pool and spa.

Wood flooring presented throughout the living areas will be complemented by uniquely designed reverse soffit ceiling details with cove lighting that will bring additional warmth to the home’s engaging spaces. A neutral toned color palette and the use of accent colors, accessories, and finishes will contribute to an inviting and exceptionally comfortable ambiance that showcases timeless classic styling.
The start of the Tortola model at Miromar Lakes continues Seagate’s expansion as one of the region’s pre-eminent developers and luxury home builders. Seagate is also a preferred builder in Quail West and is developing Hill Tide Estates on the southern tip of Boca Grande and Windward Isle, a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes being developed by Seagate just south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples.
Three grand estate models by Seagate are open at Quail West and a fourth is in development. Seagate’s 5,693-square-foot Pine Valley furnished grand estate model at Quail West recently opened for viewing and purchase. A second new Seagate estate model at Quail West, the 5,464-square-foot furnished Calusa residence opened earlier this month. The new estate models are joining Seagate’s award-winning Oakmont estate and offer a choice of three elegantly designed and finished newly constructed estate residences that are available for move-in for the remainder of the 2017 winter season.
Seagate is also poised to begin construction of its Captiva and Sanibel furnished model residences at Hill Tide Estates, a 9.98-acre gated enclave on the southern tip of Boca Grande. Pricing for the models will be determined after construction commences. Six floor plans are now included in the Fort Myers-based developer’s Hill Tide Estates offering. Designed RG Designs, the Old Florida style plans range from 3,577 to to over 5,000 square feet under air. Nineteen luxury estate home sites starting at $1.4 million are available for purchase. Four pending sales contracts are in the process of being finalized. An on-site sales center is open daily.
After completing the sale of its furnished Grenada model, Seagate has started construction of a Grenada model at Windward Isle. The 4,079-square-foot, two-story Grenada floor plan is base priced at $1.475 million. Created by Weber Design Group, the open concept plan includes a great room, dining area, and kitchen, as well as a study with a walk-in closet, the master suite, and a guest suite on the first floor. Two upstairs bedrooms and a game room offer an area for studying, entertaining, and watching television. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a covered outdoor balcony. The plan features four full baths and one half-bath, a three-car garage, and an outdoor living area with a covered lanai and pool. Pricing for the new furnished Grenada model will be announced as construction progresses.
Seagate has also started construction of its Sea Breeze I model at Windward Isle. The 3,074-square-foot under air Sea Breeze I floor plan, designed by Rich Guzman at RG Designs, includes a great room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen with a vaulted painted tongue-in-groove ceiling that will soar to 18 feet at its peak. A single ceiling beam detail, that will carry through the living space to the outdoor living area and windows at the top of the walls, will provide additional architectural interest. Pocketing sliders will fully open the interior space to a covered lanai, a pool, and a pavered pool deck. An optional summer kitchen and optional fireplace will be included in the model’s outdoor living area.
The plan features a study, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths plus an optional pool bath, and a three-car garage. The Sea Breeze I model is expected to be completed by fall and priced at $1.649 million, fully furnished.
A completed Abacos model, designed by Weber Design Group, is open for viewing at Windward Isle priced at $1.695 million. The model features an interior by Jinx McDonald Interior Designs’ Minka McDonald, ASID, LEED AP. Base priced at $1.275 million, the 3,065-square-foot single-story Abacos plan offers a combination of elegance and livability. The open concept great room plan includes a wet bar, island kitchen, dining area, study, three bedrooms, three full baths, one half-bath, an outdoor living area, and a three-car garage.
