09 Jul Seagate selects design team for Spring Hill model at Quail West
Seagate Development Group LLC has selected the design team for its new 5,000-square-foot Spring Hill furnished grand estate model at Quail West. The architecture is being designed by Rich Guzman at RG Designs. Freestyle Interiors’ Lead Designer Ruta Menaghlazi is creating the home’s interior design, and Outside Productions Inc. is crafting the design for the outdoor living area, pool, spa and landscaping.
Plans call for the Spring Hill model to incorporate large living spaces, numerous gardens and water features, four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a reception area, and a massive great room, island kitchen, wet bar, and a dining area with a walk-in wine room. The preliminary plan also features a study/club room, two, two-and-a-half car garages and a landscaped outdoor living area with a year-round kitchen, fireplace, a custom pool with an island, multiple gathering areas, and numerous water features.
Plans also call for an entry sequence that includes a courtyard garden, fountains, and pools, all of which will be showcased with dramatic landscape lighting. The captivating approach will lead to the home’s primary entry that will include a foyer with floor-to-ceiling glass walls that will provide views of the garden and water features.
Seagate is one of Quail West’s leading preferred builders of grand estate residences. Its Oakmont model and Calusa model sold within a two-week period in March.
Seagate’s 5,727-square-foot Pine Valley estate designed by Stofft Cooney Architects is open for viewing and purchase at Quail West. The floor plan includes a great room that opens to an outdoor living area with a pool and spa, a fireplace, and an outdoor kitchen with a dining area. A detached one-bedroom casita with a private bathroom is adjacent to the pool.
Inside, the plan features a club room with a media area, a bar with a window that opens to the outdoor living area, a walk-in wine room, and a lounge area. One of the two guest bedrooms serves as a VIP suite and opens to a private terrace and garden. A double-island kitchen will satisfy the most discriminating gourmet. A gallery hallway includes floor-to-ceiling windows with a cut-out for a desk overlooking a large garden. A sitting area in the master bedroom offers views of another garden. The plan includes a four-car garage. The Pine Valley is priced at $4.295 million with furnishings.
Seagate is also a preferred builder at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, an award-winning community being developed by Miromar Development Corp. Construction of its furnished Tortola estate model in the community’s Salerno 2 neighborhood is now underway.
The Tortola’s Hamptons beach house inspired architectural style designed by RG Designs offers an open-concept floor plan with 3,892 square feet under air and an additional 1,058 square feet of outdoor living space. The home’s grand entry and wide foyer will lead to a massive grand room that fully opens to the outdoor living area. The grand room, gourmet island kitchen, and a dining area with a full wet bar will offer an elegant yet comfortable living space.
The plan also includes a study, four bedrooms, four full baths, two half-baths and a three-car garage. The sitting area in the owner’s bedroom opens to the outdoors while two of the guest suites open to a private walled garden. The third guest bedroom serves as a VIP suite that opens to an outdoor living area with a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, dining and conversation areas, a pergola, and a pool and spa.
Freestyle Interiors’ Lead Designers Ruta Menaghlazi and Lucie Simmons created an interior with a character beach style with global influences and edgy furniture pieces that add a fun note to the look. Neutral background tones will be accented with pops of teal, tan, browns and black along with a fair amount of foliage. The flooring in the living areas will be a natural medium-toned walnut hardwood.
Seagate is developing the Hill Tide Estates community, a 9.98-acre gated enclave with 19 home sites on the southern tip of Boca Grande and the only site on Boca Grande that overlooks Boca Grande Pass. Custom designed luxury residences on brick-pavered streets will overlook the Gulf of Mexico, Boca Grande Pass and Charlotte Harbor. Six floor plans are available and a new plan is in development. Designed by RG Designs, the Old Florida style plans range from 3,577 to over 5,000 square feet. Home sites, starting at $1.4 million, are available for purchase.
Seagate is poised to begin construction of its 4,597-square-foot four-bedroom plus den, 4.5-bath furnished Captiva model at Hill Tide Estates. The open-concept great room home will showcase traditional interior finishes and will feature an island kitchen. An outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, pool, and spa will overlook views of the Gulf of Mexico. A three-car garage is also included. Seagate expects to complete the Captiva model in March 2018. Plans for a second model, featuring a new floor plan, are in development. An on-site sales center is open daily.
New models are under construction at Windward Isle, a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes being developed by Seagate south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples. The community is close to the area’s best schools, shopping and beach activities. Windward Isle also offers a low density of luxury custom homes with low homeowner’s association fees. Construction of the new Sea Breeze I and Grenada furnished models is progressing on schedule for completion in fall. Both models will showcase interiors by Jinx McDonald Interior Designs. Seagate’s completed Abacos model at Windward Isle is open and available for viewing and purchase.
The 3,074-square-foot under air Sea Breeze I floor plan I by RG Designs reflects Seagate’s commitment to building luxury residences with an exceptional level of livability. Pocketing sliders fully open the interior space to a covered lanai, pool, and a pavered pool deck. An optional summer kitchen and optional fireplace will be included in the model’s outdoor living area. The Sea Breeze I model is priced at $1.649 million, fully furnished. The Sea Breeze I floor plan is base priced at $1.295 million.
Created by Weber Design Group, the 4,118-square-foot, two-story Grenada open-concept floor plan includes a great room, dining area and kitchen, as well as a study with a walk-in closet, master suite, and a guest suite on the first floor. Two upstairs bedrooms and a game room offer an area for studying, entertaining, and watching television. The Grenada model is priced at $1.875 million fully furnished. The Grenada floor plan is base priced at $1.475 million.
