03 Jun Seagate’s Tortola model underway at Miromar Lakes
MIROMAR LAKES — Seagate Development Group LLC announced construction of its furnished Tortola estate model in the Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club’s Salerno 2 neighborhood is now underway. The Tortola’s Hamptons beach house inspired architectural style designed by RG Designs offers a flowing, open-concept floor plan with 3,892 square feet under air and an additional 1,058 square feet of outdoor living space.
The home’s grand entry and wide foyer will lead to a massive grand room that fully-opens to the outdoor living area. The grand room, gourmet island kitchen, and a dining area with a full wet bar will offer an elegant yet comfortable living space. The plan also includes a study, four bedrooms, four full baths and two half-baths and a three-car garage.
The sitting area in the owner’s bedroom opens to the outdoors while two of the guest suites open to a private walled garden. The third guest bedroom serves as a VIP suite that opens to an outdoor living area with a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, dining and conversation areas, a pergola, and a pool and spa.

The Tortola estate model will showcase an interior designed by interior designer Ruta Menaghlazi of Freestyle Interiors. The design will present a sophisticated clean-lined look with an upscale twist that reflects the Hamptons beach house motif.
A neutral toned color palette and the use of accent colors, accessories and finishes will contribute to a comfortable ambiance that showcases timeless classic styling. Global influences, pieces with hints of black, and several furniture pieces with an edgy feel will add to the character of the design. Rich medium-toned walnut hardwood flooring presented throughout the living areas will be complemented by uniquely designed reverse soffit ceiling details with cove lighting.
Seagate is also a preferred builder in Quail West and is developing Hill Tide Estates on the southern tip of Boca Grande and Windward Isle, a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples.
Seagate has completed four grand estate homes at Quail West and a fifth is in development. Three of the completed residences have sold, two of which were sold in a three-week period last month.
Seagate’s Pine Valley estate at Quail West was designed by Stofft Cooney Architects and is available for viewing and purchase. The 5,727-square-foot estate includes a great room that opens to an outdoor living area with a pool and spa, a fireplace, and an outdoor kitchen with a dining area. A detached one-bedroom casita is adjacent to the pool. Inside, the plan features a club room with a media area, a bar with a window that opens to the outdoor living area, a walk-in wine room, and a lounge area. One of the two guest bedrooms opens to a private terrace and garden. The Pine Valley is priced at $4.295 million with furnishings.
Seagate’s Hill Tide Estates development is generating significant interest within the luxury real estate market. The 9.98-acre gated enclave with 19 home sites is the only site on Boca Grande that overlooks Boca Grande Pass. Custom designed luxury residences will overlook the Gulf of Mexico, Boca Grande Pass and Charlotte Harbor. Six floor plans are available and a new plan is in development. Designed by RG Designs, the Old Florida style plans range from 3,577 to over 5,000 square feet. Home sites, starting at $1.4 million, are available for purchase. An on-site sales center is open daily.
Seagate is poised begin construction of its 4,597-square-foot four-bedroom plus den, 4.5-bath furnished Captiva model at Hill Tide Estates. The open-concept great room home will showcase traditional interior finishes and will feature an island kitchen. An outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, pool, and spa will overlook views of the Gulf of Mexico. A three-car garage is also included. Seagate expects to complete the Captiva model in March 2018. Plans for a second model featuring a new floor plan are in development.
Seagate has started construction of a new Grenada model at Windward Isle. The 4,079-square-foot, two-story Grenada floor plan is base priced at $1.475 million. Created by Weber Design Group, the open concept plan includes a great room, dining area, and kitchen, as well as a study with a walk-in closet, master suite and a guest suite on the first floor. Two upstairs bedrooms and a game room offer an area for studying, entertaining, and watching television. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a covered outdoor balcony. The plan features four full baths and one half-bath, a three-car garage, and an outdoor living area with a covered lanai and pool. Pricing for the Grenada model will be announced as construction progresses.
Seagate has also started construction of its Sea Breeze I model at Windward Isle. The 3,074-square-foot under air Sea Breeze I floor plan designed by Rich Guzman at RG Designs includes an expansive great room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen with a vaulted painted tongue-in-groove ceiling. Pocketing sliders will open the interior space to a covered lanai, pool, and a pavered pool deck. A summer kitchen and fireplace will be included in the model’s outdoor living area. The plan features a study, three bedrooms, 3.5-baths plus an optional pool bath, and a three-car garage. The Sea Breeze I model is expected to be completed by fall and is priced at $1.649 million furnished.
A completed Abacos model, designed by Weber Design Group, is available at Windward Isle priced at $1.695 million. The model features an interior by Jinx McDonald Interior Designs’ Minka McDonald, ASID, LEED AP. Base priced at $1.275 million, the 3,065-square-foot single-story open-concept great room plan includes a wet bar, island kitchen, dining area, study, three bedrooms, three full baths and one half-bath, an outdoor living area, and a three-car garage.
