Construction of Seagate’s Burrata Model Progressing as Planned at Miromar Lakes

Seagate Development Group announced that construction of its furnished Burrata model in the Ancona neighborhood at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club is progressing as planned and on schedule for completion in May 2021.  Miromar Lakes is an award-winning community being developed by Miromar Development Corporation just north of Naples, minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport and numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment venues.  Miromar Lakes is the only community in Southwest Florida to offer waterfront living, beaches, and golf all at one location.  Acknowledged as the number one community in the United States, Miromar Lakes was named recipient of the National Association of Home Builders’ Gold Awards for Community of the Year and Best Clubhouse, the only Florida winner in history.

Richard Guzman, Principal Designer at R.G. Designs, Inc., has created a distinctive exterior architectural style for the Burrata model.  Guzman has been designing homes in Southwest Florida for more than 30 years.

“Miromar Development Corporation wanted to see a more modern exterior look,” said Guzman.  “With that in mind, the Burrata model features a transitional modern exterior style.  Stone and wood cladding soften the look and broadens its appeal.  When a lot of people think modern, they think of Miami Vice.  The Burrata’s style leads people to like modern.  It transitions them into another style.”

Priced at $3,295,000 with furnishings, the Burrata model will showcase an interior created by Theory Design’s Vice President of Design Ruta Menaghlazi.  The floor plan includes 4,068 square feet under air and a 1,058 square-foot outdoor living area.  Outside Productions is crafting the home’s outdoor living area, pool and spa, and landscaping.  The Burrata’s open concept living area includes a grand room, an island kitchen, and a dining area.  The study can be tasked as a formal dining room.  The grand room and dining area open to an outdoor living area with a two-sided fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, and conversation and dining areas.  The plan features four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool bath, and a three-car garage.  The master suite includes walk-in closets and a bath with dual vanities, dual water closets, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in shower.

Ruta’s interior design for the Burrata model will convey a sense of casual elegance.  Her color palette will feature neutral tones with hints of coastal blue and grey tones and rich woods.  The palette will play against mid to dark-toned hardwood flooring.  Reverse soffit ceiling details will include LED back lighting.

The feature wall in the Burrata’s living area will offer molding details with organic elements.  Floating shelves will reflect natural elements of sea coral and woods.  Furnishings will include a sectional sofa with colorful accent pillows, two swivel chairs, and a cocktail table.  Natural light will flood the kitchen through a window over the cooktop that overlooks a private garden.  The kitchen’s perimeter will showcase a decorative backsplash, white cabinetry with upper cabinets featuring glass doors, and granite or quartzite counter surfaces.  Appliances will include a double wall oven and a built-in refrigerator.  A full-height cabinet will be positioned on one side of the refrigerator.  The dining area will include a dark wooden table with chairs upholstered with cream-toned fabric, a dry bar with glass cabinetry and a wine cooler, and a rectangular floating wood ceiling detail.  The Burrata’s study will feature a ceiling with a double-tray detail.  Ruta will finish the study’s walls in a grey tone and furnish the room with a rich wooden desk and a neutral-toned sofa.

In the master bedroom, a king-sized bed will feature bedding with luxurious organic fabrics in sky and earth tones.  Nightstands flanking the bed and a dresser will be finished in a rich wood tone.  The flooring in the master bath will be large format porcelain tile in a neutral tone.  The bath will feature dual vanities with rich-toned cabinets and quartzite counter surfaces.  Dual water closets, a free-standing tub, and a large walk-in shower will also be featured.

The Burrata’s outdoor living area will feature roll-down screens and a two-sided ventless gas fireplace.  A conversation area will provide seating in front of the fireplace.  The outdoor kitchen will feature Nature Kast cabinetry with granite counter surfaces, a sink, and an under-counter refrigerator.  A walk-up island bar will also be finished with a granite counter surface.  The custom pool will feature stepping pads and a sun shelf.  A fire pit will provide an additional gathering place.

Ruta also created the interior for Seagate’s award-winning Captiva model now open at Hill Tide Estates, a 9.98-acre gated enclave on the southern tip of Boca Grande being developed by Seagate.  The Captiva model is priced at $5,995,000.  Seagate was presented the 2019 Aurora Award for the Captiva model in the Best Single-Family Detached Home Over 4,000 Square Feet category.  Theory Design was recipient of an Aurora Award for the Best Interior Design of a Home Priced over $2 million category.  Ruta also created the interior for Seagate’s furnished Bal Harbour model now under construction at Hill Tide Estates.  Priced at $6,900,000, the three-level Bal Harbour floor plan includes 5,198 square feet under air on the two living levels.

Seagate is also developing the Isola Bella neighborhood at Talis Park.  Its completed two-story 4,414 square feet under air Monterey model is priced at $3,995,000 with furnishings and is available for immediate purchase and move-in.  Theory Design’s Ruta Menaghlazi created the interior for the Monterey model that presents a modern coastal feeling with neutral grey and white backgrounds, dark walnut, natural oak and ebony accents, and wire-brushed oak flooring.  Seagate is offering a full golf membership with newly constructed residences at Isola Bella for a limited time.

Just six of Seagate’s 11 spectacular lakefront homesites remain available at Esplanade Lake Club, a 778-acre resort lifestyle community being developed by Taylor Morrison in Fort Myers.  Seagate is the exclusive custom homebuilder at Esplanade Lake Club.  Its homesites are acknowledged as the most appealing lakefront sites in the community.  Priced at $2,350,000, Seagate’s furnished Monaco model has been completed and is available for viewing and purchase.  Seagate’s Genova and Santorini models are currently under construction.

Ruta and interior designer Adriene Ged are creating the interior for Seagate’s furnished 5,760 square feet under air Oak Hill model that is under construction at Quail West.  The model is expected to be completed in October.  Priced at $4,895,000, the Oak Hill’s clean-lined interior will blur the line between the indoors and outdoors.  An organic color palette will feature warm white and soft canvas backgrounds with hints of green and black, including black window frames.  The color scheme will be anchored by light oak hardwood flooring.  Numerous features will bring the outdoors in, including a poolside trellised area and a shower in the master bath overlooking a garden.  Floor to ceiling windows will contribute to the organic feeling of the design.

Seagate’s Windward Isle community is nearly sold out.  Just two buildable homesites remain available for purchase.  Windward Isle is a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes just south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples that was named recipient of the prestigious 2019 Aurora Awards’ Residential Community of the year award.  Seagate’s new corporate headquarters is located at 9921 Interstate Commerce Drive, Fort Myers, Florida 33913.  The two-story, 13,000 square-foot office building features an interior created by Theory Design.  For additional information, visit seagatedevelopmentgroup.com.
