Fort Myers Seagate Development Group announced that its Windward Isle community is nearly sold out. Just one buildable homesite remains available for purchase. Windward Isle is a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes just south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples that was named recipient of the prestigious 2019 Aurora Awards’ Residential Community of the year award. The community is being developed by Seagate in partnership with Southborough, Massachusetts-based Capital Group Properties, LLC. Windward Isle is the first community in North Naples to offer a low density of luxury custom homes with low homeowner’s association fees.

Seagate’s popular two-story Grenada floor plan was created by WDG Architecture. The 4,276 square feet under air open-concept plan includes a spacious great room, dining area, and kitchen, as well as a study with a walk-in closet, the master suite, and a guest suite on the first floor. Two upstairs bedrooms and a game room offer an area for studying, entertaining, and watching television. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a covered outdoor balcony. The plan features four full baths and one half-bath, a three-car garage, and an outdoor living area with a covered lanai and pool.
The 3,074 square feet under air Sea Breeze I floor plan was designed by RG Designs. The plan includes a gallery hallway leading from the foyer to a great room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen with a vaulted tongue-in-groove ceiling. A single ceiling beam detail that carries through the space to the outdoor living area and windows located at the top of the walls provides additional architectural interest. An optional summer kitchen and optional fireplace are available in the outdoor living area. Seagate has been acknowledged for the caliber of its product offering through the receipt of building industry awards. A previously sold Abacos model was named recipient of the Collier Building Industry Association’s Sand Dollar Award for Product Design of the Year – Single Family Homes $1,500,001 – $1,750,000. Designed by WDG Architecture, the 3,065 square feet single-story Abacos plan offers a combination of elegance and livability. Seagate’s previously sold Cayman II model was also designed by WDG Architecture and was named recipient of CBIA’s Parade of Homes award in the Overall Excellence in Construction and Design: $1,500,001 to $2,000,000 category. Theory Design’s Vice President of Design Ruta Menaghlazi created a clean-lined, casual coastal interior for the Cayman II model. The Cayman II floor plan offers 4,102 square feet, including 2,685 square feet of air-conditioned living space, a covered lanai measuring 582 square feet, a 207 square foot covered entry, and a three-car garage. The single-story floor plan features a spacious great room, dining area, and island kitchen, three bedrooms, three full baths, and a study. The covered lanai provides a comfortable outdoor gathering space complete with a fireplace and an outdoor kitchen.
In addition to Windward Isle, Seagate has completed its new furnished Genova model at Esplanade Lake Club. Priced at $3,084,000 furnished, the Genova model is now open for viewing and purchase. Esplanade Lake Club is a 778-acre resort lifestyle community being developed by Taylor Morrison just east of I-75 in Fort Myers. The gated community is positioned on a 352-acre lake. Taylor Morrison selected Seagate as the exclusive custom homebuilder at Esplanade Lake Club. Custom homes by Seagate will be built on 11 of the community’s most spectacular lakefront home sites. Just seven homesites remain available. Seagate’s three and four-bedroom Esplanade Lake Club floor plans range from 3,299 to 4,123 square feet under air. In addition to the Genova model, Seagate’s Santorini model will be completed in March and is priced $2,984,000 furnished. A third model, the Monaco, is completed and open for viewing and purchase. Seagate’s Genova floor plan includes 3,892 square feet under air and an outdoor living area measuring 1,058 square feet. The open-concept plan features a living area that includes a grand room, an island kitchen, and a dining area. The plan’s study can be tasked as a formal dining room. The grand room and the dining area have pocketing sliders that open to an outdoor living area that includes a two-sided fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, and conversation and dining areas. The floor plan features four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool bath, and a three-car garage. The master bedroom’s sitting area also opens to the outdoors. The master suite includes walk-in closets and a bath with dual vanities, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in shower.
Seagate is also building custom end-user residences at Esplanade Lake Club, Quail West, Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club in Estero, Talis Park in North Naples, and at Hill Tide Estates at Boca Grande on Gasparilla Island. Remodeling projects are underway in Estuary at Grey Oaks and Pelican Bay, the Shadow Wood community, in Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, and on Boca Grande.
