Fort Myers Seagate Development Group announced that its Windward Isle community is nearly sold out. Just two buildable homesites remain available for purchase. Windward Isle is a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes just south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples that was named recipient of the prestigious 2019 Aurora Awards’ Residential Community of the year award. Seagate acquired the Windward Isle site and initiated development of the community in 2015. The community is being developed by Seagate in partnership with Southborough, Massachusetts-based Capital Group Properties, LLC. Windward Isle is the first community in North Naples to offer a low density of luxury custom homes with low homeowner’s association fees.

Seagate’s popular two-story Grenada floor plan was created by WDG Architecture. The 4,276 square feet under air open-concept plan includes a spacious great room, dining area, and kitchen, as well as a study with a walk-in closet, the master suite, and a guest suite on the first floor. Two upstairs bedrooms and a game room offer an area for studying, entertaining, and watching television. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a covered outdoor balcony. The plan features four full baths and one half-bath, a three-car garage, and an outdoor living area with a covered lanai and pool. The Grenada floor plan is base priced at $1,500,000.
The 3,074 square feet under air Sea Breeze I floor plan was designed by RG Designs. A single ceiling beam detail that carries through the space to the outdoor living area and windows located at the top of the walls provides additional architectural interest. Seagate has been acknowledged for the caliber of its product offering through the receipt of building industry awards. A previously sold Abacos model was named recipient of the Collier Building Industry Association’s Sand Dollar Award for Product Design of the Year – Single Family Homes $1,500,001 – $1,750,000. Designed by WDG Architecture and base-priced at $1,275,000, the 3,065 square feet single-story Abacos plan offers a combination of elegance and livability. Seagate’s Cayman II model that sold earlier this year was also designed by WDG Architecture and was named recipient of CBIA’s Parade of Homes award in the Overall Excellence in Construction and Design: $1,500,001 to $2,000,000 category. Theory Design’s Vice President of Design Ruta Menaghlazi created a clean-lined, casual coastal interior for the Cayman II model. Base-priced at $1,210,000, the Cayman II floor plan offers 4,102 square feet, including 2,685 square feet of air-conditioned living space, a covered lanai measuring 582 square feet, a 207 square foot covered entry, and a three-car garage. The single-story floor plan features a spacious great room, dining area, and island kitchen, three bedrooms, three full baths, and a study. In addition to Windward Isle, Seagate has completed its Streamsong grand estate model at Quail West. A second model, the Oak Hill, is under construction and on schedule for completion in October. Both models feature architectural designs by Rich Guzman at RG Designs, interiors created by Theory Design’s Vice President of Design Ruta Menaghlazi, and custom landscaping, outdoor living areas, and pools by Outside Productions.
Seagate’s recently sold furnished Sabbia model in Miromar Lakes received an Aurora Award for Best Single-Family Detached Home Over 4,000 Square Feet. The Sabbia was also named recipient of the 2019 LBIA Superior Home Award. Seagate’s Burrata model is under construction at Miromar Lakes. The Burrata model will showcase an interior created by Theory Design’s Vice President of Design Ruta Menaghlazi and interior designer Adriene Ged. Rich Guzman, Principal Designer at R.G. Designs, Inc., has created a distinctive transitional modern exterior architectural style for the Burrata model. The floor plan includes 4,068 square feet under air and a 1,058 square-foot outdoor living area. Outside Productions is crafting the home’s outdoor living area, pool and spa, and landscaping. Ruta and Adriene created a design that will convey a timeless sense of casual elegance. Their warm color palette will feature neutral tones with hints of coastal blue and grey tones and rich woods, including mid to dark-toned hardwood flooring.
Seagate is developing Hill Tide Estates, a 9.98-acre gated enclave on the southern tip of Boca Grande. Seagate’s completed Captiva model is priced at $5,995,000 with furnishings. The Captiva model received an Aurora award in the Best Single-Family Detached Home Over 4,000 Square Feet category. Theory Design was named recipient of an Aurora Award in the Best Interior Design of a Home Priced over $2 million category. Seagate’s Bal Harbour model is under construction and BCB Homes is poised to begin construction of its Beacon model.
Seagate is the exclusive custom homebuilder at Esplanade Lake Club, a 778-acre resort lifestyle community being developed by Taylor Morrison in Fort Myers and has completed its furnished Monaco model.
