Seagate Development Group Completes Custom Home at Windward Isle

Fort Myers   Seagate Development Group announced it has completed construction of a custom home at Windward Isle, a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes just south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples.  The community is being developed by Seagate in partnership with Southborough, Massachusetts-based Capital Group Properties, LLC and is the first community in North Naples to offer a low density of luxury custom homes with low homeowner’s association fees.  Windward Isle was named recipient of the prestigious 2019 Aurora Awards’ Residential Community of the Year award.  Windward Isle is nearly sold out.  Just one buildable homesite remains available for purchase.

The custom home at Windward Isle features Seagate’s Cayman II floor plan.  The plan was designed by designed by WDG Architecture and offers 4,102 square feet, including 2,685 square feet of air-conditioned living space, a covered lanai measuring 582 square feet, a 207 square foot covered entry, and a two-car garage.  The single-story floor plan features a spacious great room, dining area, and island kitchen, three bedrooms, three full baths, and a study.  The laundry room includes white cabinetry, a white counter surface, a sink, a full-size refrigerator, and a washer and dryer.  The covered lanai provides a comfortable outdoor gathering space complete with a linear fireplace, a pool with a spa and a sun shelf, and an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, an undercounter refrigerator, and a sink.  The fireplace wall is finished with horizontal pieces of tile in a variety of colors.

Finishes in the home include light grey backgrounds with white trim, both of which play beautifully against the living area’s light toned hardwood flooring.  Pocketing sliders open the great room to the outdoor living area and pool deck.  A double coffer ceiling is a design highlight in the great and is graced by a unique chandelier consisting of two circular elements with a chrome finish.  The island in the kitchen features a dark toned base, a white quartz counter surface, and pendant lighting fixtures.  White cabinetry with contemporary pulls and white quartz countertops line the perimeter.  The backsplash tile matches the tile on the outdoor living area’s fireplace wall.  The appliance package includes a stainless-steel refrigerator, a double wall-mounted oven, and vent hood as well as a gas cooktop.  The kitchen also includes a walk-in pantry.  Rectangular windows set above the upper kitchen cabinets contribute to the living area’s light-filled ambiance.

Two walk-in closets flank a hallway leading from the master bedroom to the master bath.  The master bath features dark grey his and her vanity cabinetry with white counter surfaces, a standalone soaking tub, and a walk-in glass encased shower.  A sitting area in the master bedroom opens to the outdoor living area and pool deck.  Double doors open to the spacious study that offers an ideal space for work, reading, and television viewing.

Seagate has been acknowledged for the caliber of its product offering at Windward Isle through the receipt of building industry awards.  Designed by WDG Architecture, a previously sold Abacos model was named recipient of the Collier Building Industry Association’s Sand Dollar Award for Product Design of the Year – Single Family Homes $1,500,001 – $1,750,000.  Seagate’s previously sold Cayman II model was also designed by WDG Architecture and was named recipient of CBIA’s Parade of Homes award in the Overall Excellence in Construction and Design: $1,500,001 to $2,000,000 category.  Theory Design’s Vice President of Design Ruta Menaghlazi created a clean-lined, casual coastal interior for the Cayman II model.

Windward Isle has emerged as a preferred destination for homebuyers intent on living in a beautiful luxury residence just minutes from North Naples’ attractions.  Windward Isle is less than a mile from the Ritz Carlton Tiburon Golf Resort; less than three miles from Mercato; and less than four miles from Waterside Shops and the Ritz Carlton Beach Resort. Seagate will break ground on the construction of its new furnished Sonoma model in Isola Bella at Talis Park at the end of April.  Isola Bella is an exclusive 4.5-acre enclave being developed by Seagate.  The neighborhood features 17 luxury single-family waterfront homesites with spectacular water and golf course views.  Three homesites remain available.  In addition to the upcoming Sonoma model, Seagate’s furnished Revana and Monterey II models are already under construction in Isola Bella.  Two previous models, the Sonoma and the Monterey, have sold.  All three of the new Seagate models will feature interior designs created by Theory Design. 

Seagate has completed three models at Esplanade Lake Club, a 778-acre resort lifestyle community being developed by Taylor Morrison.  The 3,299 square feet under air Monaco model is under contract and showcases a coastal beach style interior with a casually elegant feeling.  Priced at $3,084,000 with furnishings, the completed Genova model includes 3,892 square feet under air and an outdoor living area measuring 1,058 square feet.  The interior design for the Genova model offers a modern look that reflects a world travel style with art, fabrics, rugs, and accessories with global influences.  Priced at $2,984,000 with furnishings, the completed 3,794 square feet under air Santorini model’s island modern design style reflects Santorini’s stature as Greece’s most beautiful island.

Seagate’s Captiva model at Hill Tide Estates has sold.  Hill Tide Estates is a 9.98-acre gated enclave on the southern tip of Boca Grande being developed by Seagate.  The three-level Captiva model includes 4,865 square feet under air with 11,184 square feet under roof.  The interior design conveys a coastal feeling.  Theory Design was named recipient of a 2019 Aurora Award for the Captiva’s interior in the Best Interior Design of a Home Priced over $2 million category.  Seagate’s furnished Bal Harbour model is under construction and scheduled for completion in October 2021.  Priced at $7,250,000 furnished, the three-level Bal Harbour model will include 5,198 square feet under air and will feature an interior created by Theory Design’s Senior Interior Designer Paula Myette.  Priced at $6,500,000 fully furnished and poised to begin construction, Seagate’s Beacon model will also showcase an interior by Theory Design.
