17 Jan Seagate’s Burrata Model at Miromar Lakes Has Sold Prior to Completion
Fort Myers Seagate Development Group announced that its Burrata model in the Ancona neighborhood at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club has sold prior to completion of construction. The model is on schedule for completion in May 2021. Miromar Lakes is an award-winning community being developed by Miromar Development Corporation just north of Naples, minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport and numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment venues. Miromar Lakes is the only community in Southwest Florida to offer waterfront living, beaches, and golf all at one location. Richard Guzman, Principal Designer at R.G. Designs, Inc., has created a distinctive exterior architectural style for the Burrata model. Guzman has been designing homes in Southwest Florida for more than 30 years.
“Miromar Development Corporation wanted to see a more modern exterior look,” said Guzman. “With that in mind, the Burrata model features a transitional modern exterior style. Stone and wood cladding soften the look and broadens its appeal. When a lot of people think modern, they think of Miami Vice. The Burrata’s style leads people to like modern. It transitions them into another style.”
The Burrata model floor plan includes 4,068 square feet under air and a 1,058 square-foot outdoor living area. Outside Productions is crafting the home’s outdoor living area, pool and spa, and landscaping. The Burrata’s open concept living area includes a grand room, an island kitchen, and a dining area. The study can be tasked as a formal dining room. The grand room and dining area open to an outdoor living area with a two-sided fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, and conversation and dining areas. The plan features four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool bath, and a three-car garage. The master suite includes walk-in closets and a bath with dual vanities, dual water closets, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in shower.
Seagate’s Captiva model is now open for viewing and purchase at Hill Tide Estates, a 9.98-acre gated enclave on the southern tip of Boca Grande being developed by Seagate. The Captiva model is priced at $5,995,000 and showcases an interior created by Theory Design’s Vice President of Design Ruta Menaghlazi. Seagate was presented the 2019 Aurora Award for the Captiva model in the Best Single-Family Detached Home Over 4,000 Square Feet category. The new models will feature interiors created by Theory Design.
