Seagate Development Group’s furnished Oak Hill grand estate model is open for viewing and purchase at Quail West in North Naples. Priced at $5,150,000 furnished, the Oak Hill model includes 5,760 square feet under air plus an outdoor living area featuring an outdoor kitchen with an island bar and dining area, a conversation area with a fireplace, a pool with sun shelves, six bubblers, and a raised spa, and a trellised area with a fire pit. A parlour overlooks the pool. A dining area with a glass-encased walk-in wine room and a bar is situated between the parlour and the great room and double-island kitchen.
