Seagate Development Group announced that Windward Isle is now sold out. Named the 2019 Aurora Awards’ Residential Community of the Year, this luxurious and favorably located community is a gated enclave of 28 single-family residences within a discreet cul-de-sac on Airport-Pulling Road. It was developed by Seagate as Naples’ newest luxury home community in a choice area of world-class destinations. Floor plans in Windward Isle feature architectural designs by Naples-based JMDG Architecture | Planning + Interiors as well as Bonita-Springs-based R.G. Designs.
Appealing to an energetic lifestyle that aligns with the heart of Naples, Windward Isle is minutes from Mercato, Waterside Shops, The Ritz-Carlton Beachfront Hotel and Spa as well as Vanderbilt Beach. This grants all residents of Windward Isle access to some of Southwest Florida’s best shopping, dining, golfing and hospitality destinations in a world-class tropical landscape.
Seagate offers eight one- and two-story, open-concept floor plans that are fully customizable. Each are presented in an open-concept layout that streamlines the room-to-room flow. The nearly 4,100-square-foot, two-story Grenada accommodates four bedrooms plus a den and a game room, four-and-one-half baths, and a three-car garage. Other components range from an expansive great room to a study with a walk-in closet, a master suite and a guest suite to complete the first living level. An outdoor living area also features a covered lanai and a luxurious pool. Two additional bedrooms and a game room – which can be repurposed as a study or a second den – can be found on the upper level, along with access to a covered outdoor balcony. Private residences – which feature variations of the Grenada floor plan – are coming soon to Windward Isle.
The single-story Sea Breeze floor plan is nearly 3,100 square feet under air, which includes over three bedrooms plus a study, three-and-one-half baths, and a three-car garage. Some of its most distinct features include a gallery hallway that takes homeowners into a foyer and a great room, a dining area and a gourmet kitchen with a vaulted tongue-in-groove ceiling. The outdoor living area – which debuts an optional summer kitchen, fireplace and pool bath – is complete with a single ceiling beam detail and wall-topped windows that start inside the Sea Breeze. With kitchen sliders that are all pocket, the inside is completely open to the outdoor living space. The Sea Breeze II is a two-story, 4,200-square-foot floor plan, which includes five bedrooms plus a study, five-and-one-half baths, and a three-car garage as well as similar offerings throughout the home. Private residences with these floor plans are under construction.
The one-story, 3,065-square-foot-under-air Abacos floor plan streamlines three bedrooms plus a study, three-and-one-half baths, and a three-car garage. With a great room and a wet bar, an island kitchen, a dining area and an outdoor living area, the open-concept model home received the Collier Building Industry Association’s Sand Dollar Award for Product Design of the Year. Private residences with this floor plan are coming soon to Windward Isle.
A Cayman II captures a casual, coastal concept over 2,685 square feet of living space. Three bedrooms plus a study, three full baths and a two-car garage cover the one-story floor plan – not to mention, an oversized great room, a dining area, an island kitchen, and an outdoor living area complemented with a covered lanai, an outdoor kitchen and a fireplace. The Cayman II was awarded the Collier Building Industry Association’s Parade of Homes Overall Excellence in Construction and Design. The Cayman mimics the specifications of this floor plan, except for 2,583 square feet of living space.
Some attractive exteriors that come standard in all Windward Isle homes are coastal, West-Indies-style architecture, decorative aluminum shutters and cypress wood corbels, a flat concrete tile roof with metal roof accents and a custom swimming pool. Design interiors range from tray and volume ceilings with crown molding to hardwood floors and designer carpets. Kitchens are equipped with granite and quartz countertops, along with a tile backsplash, a Bosch appliance package, wood cabinetry and under-cabinet accent lighting. There is even a stainless-steel refrigerator with an ice maker in the laundry room, along with a granite and quartz countertop and wood cabinetry. The master suite is topped with a freestanding tub, large walk-in closets, under-mount sinks and a frameless shower enclosure.
“We developed and built a central and sensational community of upgraded features in a highly amenitized location. The finished product speaks for itself,” said James Nulf, Chief Operating Officer & Partner at Seagate Development Group. “Windward Isle’s success in this tropical landscape has inspired our team to pursue future development opportunities with a similar concept. Seagate is already garnering interest and looks forward to unveiling further details.”
In addition to Windward Isle, Seagate recently completed a $5-million-plus grand estate model at Quail West. It is the developer of Hill Tide Estates where it has two model homes under construction – one of which is under contract – and one model home that is under contract and will break ground soon. Another model home at Hill Tide Estates – Sunny Isles – is in the works. Additionally, Seagate is building two model homes – both of which are under contract – in Isola Bella at Talis Park. A third model home under contract is set to break ground soon. The Olema model in Isola Bella is in the works. Seagate recently sold three model homes at Esplanade Lake Club – Monaco, Genova and Santorini. In terms of custom homes, Seagate is building in Talis Park, Esplanade Lake Club and other prestigious locations in Southwest Florida.
Seagate is also building a nearly 5,000-square-foot Burrata model in Miromar Lakes, Florida. It accommodates three bedrooms plus two studies, five-and-two-half baths, and a two-car garage plus two storage spaces. In addition to the garage and storage spaces, the ground floor of the custom home will debut a multilevel foyer, a workout gym and a gym bath with a walk-in shower and a water closet, and a beach patio complete with an outdoor shower. The one-story residence unveils a vaulted ceiling, a grand room, an island kitchen with a walk-in pantry, an elegant piano room as well as an outdoor living area that capitalizes on a Southwest-Florida-style waterfront.
Seagate’s award-winning homes include the Captiva model at Hill Tide Estates, the Sonoma model in Talis Park’s Isola Bella community and the Streamsong model at Quail West.
Further to that, Seagate has partnered with Barron Collier Companies on one of the largest pieces of undeveloped land in Bonita Springs. There, it will develop a residential community of lake- and preserve-view homes on a 175-acre property.
Seagate’s remodeling projects are in Mediterra, Remington at Bay Colony, Collier’s Reserve, Moorings, Wyndemere, Connors and Audubon as well as on Boca Grande and Sanibel. The team is about to start a total-home remodel on a Sanibel condominium as well as the addition of an exercise room at a private residence in Quail West and a total-home remodel of a townhome on Boca Grande. In August, Seagate will begin a total-home remodel of a single-story, 5,095-square-foot private residence in Miromar Lakes, Florida.
Seagate’s corporate headquarters – shared with Theory Design – is located at 9921 Interstate Commerce Drive in Fort Myers. It includes a hotel-like reception area, collaboration areas and a full-service design studio. For more information, visit SeagateDevelopmentGroup.com.
