Seagate Development Group has hired a seasoned real estate professional – Ketsie Rodriguez – as Asset & Property Manager.
With over 26 years of industry experience, Rodriguez will manage Seagate’s 1.5-million-square-foot real estate portfolio. She will also oversee capital and tenant improvements, property budgets, financial reporting, operating expense reconciliations, contracts/leases, property visits, inspections and transactions as well as look to grow the division in Florida.
Rodriguez holds a broker license in both Florida and Georgia, along with a Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) real property administrator (RPA) designation.
She has spent her career in Atlanta and South Florida, mostly as a real estate and senior property manager for national and international REITs. Rodriguez also spent a decade as the managing broker of a real estate franchise – helping businesses grow via license documentation, lease negotiations, construction management, interior design
and more. Additionally, she founded and operated a former affordable housing commission for Latin American citizens.

Fluent in Spanish, Rodriguez has an interior design degree from IAMD College and asset management training from the Institute of Real Estate Management. She also received extensive customer service training from renowned corporations like The Ritz Carlton and Disney University.
