Seagate Development Group will soon begin construction on a 5,140-square-foot office, flex and retail space for Mainscape – a nationally renowned landscaping company – on Treeline Ave. in Fort Myers.
Seagate has begun site mobilization, with a complete demolition to commence next week. This will follow a reconfiguration of the space for the client’s updated needs, including metal framing and drywall, insulation, as well as installation of acoustical ceilings, doors and a partition folding door system for the conference room.
The scope of work also accommodates painting, flooring, trimming and millwork, making modifications to the electric and HVAC systems, reconfiguring the storefronts, adding exterior stucco, reroofing, resurfacing asphalt, as well as repainting the engineers building, CONEX boxes and signage.
Additionally, crews will build a temporary modular unit to house Mainscape during construction – which is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2023.
“Our commercial division consistently proves that companies of any type and size can expand in and relocate to this region. Mainscape is a great example – a renovation that will meet new standards and, when all said and done, will change the landscape of Southwest Florida,” said Matt Price, CEO & Partner of Seagate Development Group.
