This 5,300-plus-square-foot private residence will be completely customized by the leading, full service development company; its fast-growing interior design firm, Theory Design; and their clients – a couple from New Jersey who is embracing this pristine golf course community’s active but relaxed culture as well as its tranquil lake views, contemporary-coastal neighborhood and picturesque architecture.
