FORT MYERS, FL (July 8, 2025) – Seagate Development Group is proud to unveil plans for Palms Manor, a stunning 27,000-square-foot, two-story event venue coming soon to the heart of Fort Myers. Located at 9460 NeoGenomics Way, Palms Manor will become a vibrant hub for the community — offering a luxurious and versatile space for weddings, corporate functions, and social events of every kind.
This exciting new project is led by brothers Larry and Peter Falisi, the dynamic owners of Two Guys Catering, one of the area’s most beloved and successful culinary companies. With decades of experience in event planning and hospitality, the Falisis bring a deep understanding of what it takes to create unforgettable celebrations — and now they’re bringing that same energy and excellence to a venue of their own.
Currently in the pre-construction phase, Palms Manor is expected to be completed in the 4th quarter of 2026. The building’s thoughtful design will include a grand ballroom, flexible event spaces, executive offices, and a state-of-the-art catering kitchen. With weddings in mind, the venue will also offer dedicated bride and groom suites to ensure a first-class experience for every celebration.

This highly anticipated project is being developed in collaboration with GMA Architects and Quattrone & Associates as the civil engineering firm.
