Seagate Development Group LLC announced its furnished Abacos and Grenada models at Windward Isle are on schedule for completion by the end of this month. A Grand Opening Celebration event featuring the completed models will be held March 4, 5 and 6. Guided construction tours are available daily between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Windward Isle is a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes situated south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples being developed through a partnership of Seagate and Southborough, Massachusetts-based Capital Group Properties LLC. Three Windward Isle floor plans by Weber Design Group offer over 3,000 square feet of living space under air and are priced starting in the $1 millions. An additional plan by RG Designs is in development.
Each of Seagate’s floor plans is suited to active, professional families and to seasonal residents intent on having a home that will easily accommodate out of town family members and guests. Base priced at $1.21 million, the 3,065-square-foot under air single-story Abacos plan offers a combination of elegance and livability. The open concept great room plan includes a wet bar, gourmet island kitchen, a dining area, a study, three bedrooms, three full baths and one half-bath, an outdoor living area, and a three-car garage.
The Abacos model is priced at $1,595 million, fully-furnished. A West Indies influence will be evident on the exterior of the Abacos with a soft gray neutral background tone, distinctive corbels and charcoal gray Bahama shutters. Inside, McDonald’s vision for this home will juxtapose current contemporary styling with inviting family comfort. The color palette will incorporate warm ivories, silver, light driftwood grays, and rich charcoal gray tones. Additional accent layers of green-blue will add a soupçon of color. The flooring material throughout the living areas will be a clean, crisp white porcelain tile with subtle gray striations.
A Grenada model, also under construction, is priced at $1.775 million, fully-furnished and will showcase an interior by Jinx McDonald, owner of Jinx McDonald Interior Designs. McDonald’s bright and cheerful design will focus on practical livability for families, while staying true to a natural elegance. She will create comfortable areas for parents and children to enjoy time together as well as space apart. Dark wood flooring throughout the living areas together with furniture finished in either dark or crisp white tones will present a look with energetic contrasts. Sapphire blues and turquoise will add layers of color against a background wall tone of creamy vanilla trimmed with white.
The 4,079-square-foot under air, two-story Grenada floor plan is base priced at $1.475 million. The open concept plan includes a great room, dining area and kitchen, as well as a study with a walk-in closet, the master suite, and a guest suite on the first floor. Two upstairs bedrooms and a game room offer an area for studying, entertaining, and watching television. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a covered outdoor balcony.
