Fort Myers Seagate Development Group announced that it has finalized the purchase of two grand estate homesites at Quail West. As planned, the award-winning luxury homebuilder and developer will build grand estate homes designed by WDG Architecture on each of the sites. Seagate’s previously sold Streamsong model at Quail West received a 2020 Sand Dollar Award for Product Design of the Year – Single Family Homes $4,000,001 – $5,000,000. The Oak Hill model includes 5,760 square feet under air plus an outdoor living area featuring an outdoor kitchen with an island bar and dining area, a conversation area with a fireplace, a pool with sun shelves, six bubblers, and a raised spa, and a trellised area with a fire pit. A parlour overlooks the pool. A dining area with a glass-encased walk-in wine room and a bar is situated between the parlour and the great room and double-island kitchen. The great room opens to the outdoor conversation area. The plan includes three guest suites, two of which open to the outdoors. A study also overlooks the outdoors. Seagate has also announced plans for the construction of its furnished Beacon model at Hill Tide Estates. The three level Beacon model will feature 4,792 square feet under air on the two living levels and two garages and massive storage areas measuring 3,858 square feet on the ground level. The Beacon model will also showcase an interior created by Theory Design. Pricing for the furnished Beacon model will be announced prior to the start of construction.
Seagate is also developing the Isola Bella neighborhood at Talis Park. Five of the neighborhood’s 17 lakefront homesites remain available. Two completed models, the Sonoma and the Monterey, have sold. Construction of the new Monterey II model is underway and construction of the new Revana model will begin shortly. The new models will feature interiors created by Theory Design. The previously sold Sonoma model in Isola Bella was named recipient of CBIA’s 2020 Sand Dollar Awards in the Product Design of the Year – Single Family Homes $3,000,001 – $4,000,000 and Best Outdoor Living Area $3,000,001 – $4,000,000 categories.
