Seagate Development Group has completed the first phase of infrastructure at 40-acre Alico Trade Center. This Seagate-owned, Class-A business park is located on Oriole Road, just west of the intersection at Three Oaks Parkway, and north of Alico Road next to the I-75 interchange in Fort Myers.
Roads are paved and sidewalks are in place, along with underground infrastructure like potable water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, electrical and broadband.
“This behind-the-scenes work is one of the most important components of every project we do,” said Matt Price, CEO & Partner of Seagate Development Group. “Our team looks forward to many more milestones at this promising site and further changing the landscape of Southwest Florida.”
The first phase of infrastructure brings Seagate one step closer to the completion of its first facility at Alico Trade Center – Rice Insulation & Glass’ 35,000-square-foot warehouse and office. The first Alico Trade Center tenant is slated to move into this design-build in the second quarter.
Seagate is also working on plans for two other design-builds at Alico Trade Center as well as other pad sites available for lease or purchase. The business park is for single-tenant, flex and industrial businesses.
