Theory Design’s award-winning Vice President of Design Ruta Menaghlazi is creating the interior designs for Seagate Development Group’s furnished Monterey and Sonoma models now under construction in the Isola Bella neighborhood at Talis Park in North Naples. A 4.5-acre enclave of 17 single-family waterfront homes being developed by Seagate, Isola Bella is situated adjacent to the Talis Park community’s Grand Piazza that showcases the Great Lawn and the award-winning Vyne House clubhouse.
Priced at $3.995 million fully furnished, the two-story, 4,414 square feet under air Monterey model will include a foyer that leads to a sitting area, a wine room, a powder bath, a VIP guest suite, and an elevator. Beyond the sitting area, the plan’s primary living space features a spacious, flowing living area that includes a great room, a dining area with a wet bar and built-in cabinetry, and an island kitchen with a walk-in pantry and laundry area. The living area will open to a massive outdoor living space with a breathtaking view of a lake, oak trees, and a dramatic bridge. The outdoor living space will feature a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, a covered conversation area and casual dining area, a pool bath, and a multi-level deck with a spill-over pool and spa. Upstairs, the master suite and a loft will open to a sundeck showcasing the scenic view that is ideal for relaxing and entertaining. The master suite features two walk-in closets and a bath with separate water closets, separate vanities, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in shower. Two guest suites with private baths and a second laundry room will be included upstairs.
The Monterey will present a modern coastal feeling with soft neutral grey and white backgrounds, dark walnut, natural oak and ebony accents, and warm wire-brushed oak flooring. The clean-lined interior will feature reversed-soffit ceiling details and cove lighting in the main living areas. The modern staircase will have cable and iron railings. The home’s entry sequence will include lush landscaping and a soothing water feature. A double door will open to a foyer with a two-story ceiling, an open staircase leading to the upstairs open loft, and an elevator. The foyer also will provide points of entry to a private VIP guest suite, a huge walk-in pantry and laundry room with built-in cabinetry and a refrigerator, and the three-car garage. A sitting room situated between the foyer and the great room will feature a reverse soffit ceiling and a see-through view of the glass encased walk-in wine room.
The Monterey’s first floor living area will include a reverse soffit ceiling and cove lighting, an over-sized island featuring counter-height barstool seating in the kitchen, and a dining area that will accommodate seating for ten. The kitchen will feature clean-lined cabinetry with soffits that will convey a built-in look, quartzite countertops, a cook-top with a modern architectural hood, and a built-in wall oven. A dramatic wet bar is planned for the dining area.
The great room and dining area will open to the two-level outdoor living area with an infinity edge pool and a spill-over that will provide a soothing water wall for those sitting by the firepit on the lower level. The pool will include a side wall with waterspouts. A custom spa will feature a sun shelf and LED illuminated bubblers. The covered lanai’s fireplace, outdoor kitchen, conversation and dining areas, and pool bath will enhance the outdoor experience.
The Monterey’s upstairs will feature clean-lined reverse soffit ceiling details, a morning bar with an undercounter refrigerator, and a spacious loft that will open to a covered deck and an uncovered sundeck overlooking the water view. French doors in the master bedroom will also open to the covered deck. The master bath will feature two walk-in closets, separate water closets, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in shower. Two upstairs guest suites will feature private baths and nicely sized walk-in closets.
Priced at $3.795 million with furnishings, the two-story 4,012 square feet under air Sonoma model will feature an outdoor living area with conversation and dining areas, a fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, a pool bath, and a custom pool and spa. The first floor of the open-concept design will include a foyer with a floor detail, a great room and dining area that open to the outdoor area, an island kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a powder bath, and a VIP guest suite. A glass wall wine room and bar and a custom entertainment wall will be featured in the great room. An elevator will lead to the second floor that will showcase a master suite with walk-in closets, a sitting area opening to a sun deck, and a bath with separate vanities, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in shower. Two guest suites, an open loft with a morning bar, and a study or exercise area are also included on the second floor.
Ruta Menaghlazi has created a clean-lined California coastal style for the Sonoma. Seven-inch wide light wire-brushed oak hardwood floors will combine with soft white ivory and tan backgrounds and wood beamed ceilings to present a relaxed, elegant ambiance. Prior to entering the home, visitors will experience a landscaped setting and the sound of a cascading water wall. The foyer will lead to the great room and provide a view of the pool and the outdoor area.
A custom wall feature will serve as a design highlight in the great room. A bar with stone countertop will anchor one end of the built-in. The space will also feature a walk-in glass wine room as well as a beamed ceiling detail matching the hardwood flooring that will extend into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen’s island will feature a base with a matte black finish, a waterfall counter surface and counter-height barstool seating. Rectangular windows set high on the wall will provide natural light through the glass cabinetry. Wire-brushed oak cabinetry with a raised edge detail will be complimented by quartzite countertops and a tile or stone backsplash. A custom matte black architectural hood detail will be positioned over the kitchen’s gas cooktop.
The great room and dining area will share a long pocketing slider that will connect the interior with an outdoor living area and a custom pool and spa designed by Outdoor Productions. A three-level pool deck will overlook Talis Park’s splendid water views. The top level will feature an infinity edge pool and a spa with fire bowls. The second level will offer a seating area, and the lowest level will feature a waterfront terrace with a fire pit.
A staircase with wire-brushed oak treads and risers, a custom iron railing and balusters will lead to the upstairs where a central hallway will feature rectangular and square-shaped coffered ceiling details and lead to a second-floor sundeck. The master bedroom and one of the two upstairs guest suites will open to the sundeck. The master suite will include walk-in closets and a spa-like bathroom with creamy ivory natural stone flooring, separate vanities, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in shower. An upstairs loft space will feature a morning bar and will be situated adjacent to open area that can serve as a yoga room or study.
