FORT MYERS, Florida (April 18, 2023) — Fort Myers Florida based Seagate Development Group recently completed the comprehensive remodeling of the Ameriprise Financial office located on the 3rd floor in The Offices Of Pelican Bay, located at 5811 Pelican Bay Boulevard, Naples, FL.

Working with plans from AECOM Architects and MEP Engineering, the extensive project – just under 4,000 SF – began with a complete demolition of roughly one-half the third floor of the 5811 building. Seagate then custom-built the completely new office with top-tier products and finishes. The stunning porcelain tile floor and cherry reception area leads to five large offices and four smaller offices – all outfitted with partially frosted glass doors and modern commercial satin-chrome hardware. The office features elegant cherry, and walnut finishes with painted surfaces in a stately mix of medium grays. Additionally, there are six other workspaces, conference room, a fully amenitized breakroom, administrative and storage spaces. Seagate’s scope-of-work includes all construction, ceilings, lighting, millwork, flooring, plumbing, fixtures, HVAC, all electrical, all TVs and installation, fire sprinkler installation, and all technical and voice/data lines.
