Seagate conducts a Quality Assurance inspection on every residential project – ensuring it measures up to the highest standards of both our company and our industry. Focusing on esthetics, structural integrity and functionality, our dedicated Quality Assurance team inspects every component of your dream home. The construction manager’s comprehensive checklist directly mirrors the checks and balances process that takes each project from construction to completion. Since we conduct a series of site walk-throughs and inspections during the build—which effectively document each phase of construction–this helps guide our final inspection process, resulting in a quality end product that is on time and on budget, along with a turnover process that is seamless for you and your family members.
