Two additional models, the Beacon and the Bal Harbour, are already under construction. All three of the new models will feature interior designs created by Theory Design. A fourth model, the Captiva, has sold and showcases an award-winning design created by Theory Design’s Vice President of Design Ruta Menaghlazi. Priced at $7,400,000 furnished, the Cape Romano model will offer a total of 13,391 square feet with 5,012 square feet under air.
