If you currently not a registered user on AppFolio, please download and fill out the user registration form. With this information we will be able to set up your company in the AppFolio system and email you a link to get started. Please email the form back to Seagate Development Group at your earliest convenience. Once your AppFolio account is established, you can visit this page to submit maintenance requests. Please note that only one email address will have access to AppFolio. This person will be able to see lease financial information as well as input maintenance requests.
