Seagate Development Group has broken ground on two custom homes at Esplanade Lake Club – a new gated, resort-lifestyle community in South Fort Myers, Florida. These one-story residences sit on generously sized, exclusive homesites with expansive views of the crystal blue waters of Lake Como. Both homes will deliver the modern, coastal and contemporary look of the region, offering an escape from cold climates. Homeowners will be welcomed to their waterfront oasis with tropical landscaping, flat tile roofs, corbels, and plantation shutters.
The first home is based on Seagate’s Monaco floor plan, which offers 3,200-plus square feet of living space that boasts three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, and a three-car garage. Beyond the welcoming foyer is the grand room, which combines the chef’s kitchen with a wet bar and dining area to provide the ideal open entertaining space that leads to a covered lanai and a luxurious pool with a spa. Seagate worked closely with each homeowner to create changes to floor plans and finishes that will deliver homes that honor their unique needs and lifestyles.
These homes are slated for completion in late 2022.
