Naples Through transactions completed by its principals, Seagate Development Group, LLC has acquired controlling interest of a total of 515,000 square feet of multi-tenant flex space and one story office space in the Westlinks and Eastlinks Business Parks located on Daniels Parkway just north of the Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers. At the time of acquisition, the properties were appraised at $40 million. Seagate is a full-service commercial and residential development and construction company and a provider of commercial property management services. Seagate is owned and managed by a five member partnership that includes CEO Bill Price, President Jim Hamilton, and Executive Vice Presidents Matt Price, Joe Schulz, and James Nulf. Headquartered at 12801 Commonwealth Drive, Suite 12 in Fort Myers, Seagate has a satellite office located at 6900 Airport-Pulling Road in Naples.
With the acquisition of controlling interest of the multi-tenant flex and office space in Westlinks and Eastlinks, Seagate’s portfolio of commercial properties under management now totals just over one million square feet. Seagate’s impressive roster of tenants at Westlinks and Eastlinks includes many high profile companies such as Diamond Tours, Norman Love, Neogenomics, Staples, Lee Memorial, Home Depot, Cintas – Fire, Florida Cancer, Nestle, Data2Logistics, Red Bull, Alorica, Survival Armor, G&K Services, Walgreens, and ADP. Tenants in third party properties managed and leased by Seagate include Comcast, Robb & Stucky, Cintas Uniform, Lamar, Option Care, Airgas, Rexel, and Safran. Seagate is currently engaged in commercial construction and tenant improvement projects with an aggregate value of $3 million.
