Seagate Development Group announces the addition of Connie Mathis as Design Gallery Manager who will spearhead the leading, full-service development company’s upcoming Design Gallery. Adjacent to its interior design firm’s new studio and office space in Miromar Design Center, the gallery will serve as a resource center to help residential clients through the selections process – starting with those in Seagate’s upcoming Palisades community.

Connie launched her career as a residential interior designer with a design firm in New York City. There, she presented furniture and accessories to clients as well as installed and staged furniture. When Connie relocated to Southwest Florida, she joined Noller Design Group where she designed country clubs and hospitality properties. Before accepting a position with Seagate, Connie worked as a client development manager for London Bay Homes – directing clients through design and selections for their new or renovated home, while taking on a project manager role.

“Connie’s welcoming personality and interior design experience make her a great fit for our Design Gallery where we will make the selections process easier than ever for our clients and give them a fresh perspective of all that Seagate has to offer,” said James Nulf, Jr., Chief Operating Officer & Partner of Seagate Development Group.

Raised on a farm in blues-music-inspired Thomson, Georgia – just outside of Augusta – Connie took a Psychology of Interiors course at Georgia College and State University, which inspired her to become an interior designer. She ultimately studied art and design in Australia before graduating from Georgia Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in interior design.

“I am very motivated to enhance a client’s experience during the home-building process, so I am looking forward to launching Seagate’s Design Gallery soon,” Connie said. “I love working with people and vendors, while being educated on new products and technology, so there isn’t anywhere else I would rather be right now.”
