FORT MYERS, Fla. (May X, 2024) – Seagate Development Group has announced the completion of a design-build project for California Closets, a custom closet and organizational systems company. This 40,000-square-feet, single-story pre-engineered metal building is located on approximately 4 acres of property at Alico Trade Center, 8961 Alico Trade Center Road, Fort Myers.

Seagate handled the complete build of the project, including land development services from Earth Tech Enterprises, a Seagate Development Group company. The facility includes more than 28,000 square feet of both factory industrial and storage warehouse space, along with more than 11,000 square feet of office and showroom space. Seagate’s team delivered the project on time and budget to California Closets, which began occupying the space in May.

Nearly sold out, Alico Trade Center has two remaining parcels available for lease.
