Resurgence Brewing Company and Central Rock Gym is under construction at 6150 Exchange Lane, located just south of the Lee County Sports Complex near the intersection of Michael G. (July 18, 2024) – Seagate Development Group has commenced construction on a new 21,800-square-foot retail facility for Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida, located in Estero Town Commons at the southeast corner of Corkscrew Road and Three Oaks Parkway.
