Seagate developed and constructed a three—story, 60,000—square—foot North American corporate headquarter, including eight acres for site improvements, a road extension, gym, basketball court, cafeteria, and indoor/outdoor recreational space.

EMCYTE Corporate Office

After remodeling, 11,314—square—feet of EmCyte purchased space, Seagate reconfigured the 30,000—square—foot headquarters as well as added a 13,000—square—foot warehouse and 2,000—square—foot office space. The team also renovated a 5,000—square—foot manufacturing area. Additional phases of this project are in the works.

Part of Gartner’s overall mission to grow its Fort Myers campus, this project included the renovation and build out of a 19,900 square foot office. Seagate demolished the existing space and created an open concept, updated work environment for thousands of team members.

Seagate expanded Summit Church’s main campus. The result is a 14,000—square—foot design—build that can hold over 100 people.

Seagate designed and built a 41,745—square—foot operations center. It includes a warehouse, executive and administrative offices and a mezzanine.

Seagate proudly entered the Naples commercial market with the purchase of Liberty Plaza in December 2021. The mix of office and retail space showcases some of Naples’ favorite locally owned restaurants and services featured on the west side of US 41 just south of Pine Ridge Road.
