NeoGenomics Headquarters
Seagate developed, construction managed and site contracted this 150,000—square—foot global headquarters. The first building is a three—story corporate office facility, while the second building is a 75,000—square—foot wet, dry and molecular lab space.
Alico Trade Center

Built as CubeSmart self storage, this facility in University Village (Estero) is 90,000—square—feet, Three stories, 600 units.

Seagate designed and built this 35,000—square—foot warehouse and office space at Alico Trade Center.
Scotlynn USA Division Inc.
Seagate developed and constructed a three—story, 60,000—square—foot North American corporate headquarter, including eight acres for site improvements, a road extension, gym, basketball court, cafeteria, and indoor/outdoor recreational space.
White Cap Construction Supply
Seagate designed and built a 45,000—square—foot warehouse and steel fabrication building.
American Builders & Contractors Supply Co., Inc.
Seagate developed and constructed a 60,000 sqft warehouse and office space next to the Punta Gorda Airport.
EMCYTE Corporate Office
After remodeling, 11,314—square—feet of EmCyte purchased space, Seagate reconfigured the 30,000—square—foot headquarters as well as added a 13,000—square—foot warehouse and 2,000—square—foot office space. The team also renovated a 5,000—square—foot manufacturing area. Additional phases of this project are in the works.
Seagate Development Group Corporate Headquarters
Seagate designed, developed and built a two—story, 13,000—square—foot headquarters, including a hotel—style reception area, cafes, collaboration areas, executive offices and a design studio.
