Matt Price – CEO and Partner at Seagate Development Group – is the newest member of the Gridiron Greats Naples Champions Council. As the Exclusive Real Estate Development Executive, he joins NFL legends Mike Ditka and Matt Birk as well as other business professionals in support of the nonprofit.

Price and 25 fellow Southwest Florida leaders will rally behind financial grants and no-cost medical assistance for financially destitute, retired football players and their families. This includes coordinating social services to these forgotten-era athletes and providing protective sports equipment to financially at-risk boys and girls youth sports teams throughout the region.

Price will provide his respective input during council meetings, spread the word about the council on all communications channels and attend the nonprofit’s annual, Coach-Ditka-hosted gala. As a result, he will be recognized on the foundation’s website – GridironGreatsNaples.org – and social media pages.

“As a football fan who understands the risks of the sport and a business owner with a

lot of knowledge about Southwest Florida development, I can continue this great mission and make a big impact on athletes who mean so much to so many of us,” Price said. “It’s an honor, so thank you to the Gridiron Greats Naples Champions Council for thinking of me.”

A graduate of University of Pennsylvania, Price started his real estate career with WCI Communities in the Naples and Marco Island area. He then went from Vice President – Leasing & Property Management for a commercial development firm to the creator of SW Management & Realty – a Seagate Development Group company that inspired the umbrella brand. Price holds a real estate brokers license and is a member of Naples Area Board of Realtors. He specializes in real estate, real estate brokerage, asset management, investor relationships, commercial construction and development, and property management.
