Seagate Development Group will soon develop and build the 3,000-plus-square-foot Avalon model home in Palisades – located on Yarberry Lane in north Naples. This comes shortly after the commencement of site clearing in what will ultimately become a 12-acre luxury residential community of 25 single-family custom homes – starting at 3,000 square feet.

A collaboration between the leading, full-service development company and its interior design firm, Theory Design, the single-story Avalon will feature three bedrooms plus a study, three full and two half baths, as well as a three-car garage.

The exterior of the Avalon will launch a relaxed, coastal concept via a gray, flat-tile roof as well as a white façade and brackets, light stone cladding, white-framed windows, wood grain garage doors, and black-framed entry doors with a transom window.

Inside, the foyer – which will begin white oak flooring and wood-beamed ceilings throughout the main living spaces – will be flanked by a study on one side and be in proximity to a utility room, off a drop zone, with a refrigerator. The great room will serve as the central source of guest entertainment – providing a wet bar and seamless transition into the outdoor living space. It will open to the chef’s kitchen with an expansive island, a gas cooktop, a wall oven, a paneled refrigerator and an ever-convenient walk-in pantry – all ideal for hosting and gathering. The dining area will display a signature chandelier and low-back furniture to take in a full view of the outdoor kitchen and lush landscaping beyond. On the other side of the Avalon’s interior, the tranquil master suite will offer views of the far end of the lanai, along with two walk-in closets, a skirt tub, dual vanities, a makeup counter and a walk-in shower.

The outdoor living area will extend homeowners’ and guests’ experience of a picture-perfect Southern California resort. The outdoor kitchen will accommodate a built-in gas grill, while the nearby covered lanai will present a dining/lounge space. A swimming pool, spa and bath will conclude the residence and put occupants in even closer contact with natural surroundings.
