Seagate Development Group is revealing details on the Laguna model in Palisades. The 3,200-plus-square-foot, single-story residence will join 24 single-family, custom homes in this prestigious Seagate community – located on Yarberry Lane in an exclusive area of north Naples. One of six model homes in the upcoming gated community, the Laguna will accommodate three bedrooms, three full and two half baths, and a three-car garage.

The model will emulate Pacific Palisades from the onset – thanks to Seagate’s collaboration with its interior design firm, Theory Design. Exterior selections will include a charcoal-colored flat-tile roof, a white façade with gray trim, white brackets, white-framed windows, lightly colored stone cladding with cutouts that will be level with the vaulted entry, as well as double entry doors with glass cutouts and a transom window.

The interior will capture a modern concept with global-centric accents and finishes. Future homeowners and guests will be welcomed into the main living spaces by white-oak wide-plank flooring and reverse soffit ceilings with LED cove lighting. These features will start in the grand, study-flanked foyer and segue into the great room with a wet bar and outdoor living area views as well as the chef’s kitchen with an expansive island, a gas cooktop, a wall oven and a microwave drawer. An adjacent dining area will also debut views of the outdoor kitchen, while the walk-in pantry will present a second refrigerator.

VIP suites will be just off a utility room and drop zone, while the master suite will display first-class views of the covered lanai. Two walk-in closets with built-ins will transition this space into the master bath with dual sinks, a skirt tub, and a walk-in shower with tempered glass and multiple shower heads.

The outdoor living area will conclude the Laguna model home with a linear gas fireplace and an outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas grill and hood. In addition to a pool bath, a luxurious swimming pool and an adjoining spa will transport people into a west-coast resort state of mind.

“The Laguna is ideal for individuals and families who appreciate beautiful, indoor-outdoor spaces and getting the most they possibly can out of their home,” said James Nulf, Jr., Chief Operating Officer & Partner of Seagate Development Group.

The Laguna is made possible in part by JMDG Architecture | Planning + Interiors.
