Fort Myers   Seagate Development Group announced that it has finalized the purchase of two grand estate homesites at Quail West.  As planned, the award-winning luxury homebuilder and developer will build grand estate homes designed by WDG Architecture on each of the sites.  Seagate has been a Preferred Builder of estate residences at Quail West since the company’s inception.  Over the past six years, Seagate has been acknowledged as one of Southwest Florida’s leading full-service commercial and residential development and construction and commercial property management companies and has successfully assumed a significant presence in the residential, commercial, and property management sectors.

Theory Design created the interior for Seagate’s furnished 5,760 square feet under air Oak Hill model at Quail West that is under contract.  The Oak Hill model’s stunning interior design was selected as Home & Design Magazine’s February 2021 Signature Home.  Seagate’s previously sold Streamsong model at Quail West received a 2020 Sand Dollar Award for Product Design of the Year – Single Family Homes $4,000,001 – $5,000,000.  The Oak Hill model includes 5,760 square feet under air plus an outdoor living area featuring an outdoor kitchen with an island bar and dining area, a conversation area with a fireplace, a pool with sun shelves, six bubblers, and a raised spa, and a trellised area with a fire pit.  A parlour overlooks the pool.  A dining area with a glass-encased walk-in wine room and a bar is situated between the parlour and the great room and double-island kitchen.  The great room opens to the outdoor conversation area.  The plan includes three guest suites, two of which open to the outdoors.  A study also overlooks the outdoors.  The owner’s bedroom features a sitting area with sliders opening to a covered patio.  Walk-in closets and a morning bar are positioned in a hallway leading to an owner’s bathroom with his and her vanities and water closets.  The bath also features a walk-in shower and a free-standing tub.  Captivating ceiling designs are found throughout the home. Seagate’s Genova and Santorini models are currently under construction at Esplanade Lake Club.  Priced at $2,999,000 furnished, the 3,892 square feet under air Genova model is on schedule for completion in February 2021.  The Genova model also features an outdoor living area measuring 1,058 square feet.  The 3,794 square feet under air Santorini model will be completed in March 2021 and is priced at $2,899,000 with furnishings.  All three of Seagate’s models at Esplanade Lake Club present interiors created by Theory Design’s Vice President of Design Ruta Menaghlazi, Lead Designer Adriene Ged, and interior designer Cynde Thompson.

Seagate also announced it is partnering with Barron Collier Companies to take one of the largest pieces of undeveloped land in Bonita Springs through entitlements for the creation of a residential neighborhood.  The 175-acre property is located at 14780 Bonita Beach Road SE.
