Seagate Development Group is constructing a custom beachfront home with over 4,900 square feet of living space (nearly 11,000 total square feet) in Miromar Lakes, Florida. With multiple access points to expansive waterfront views, this three-story home accommodates three bedrooms, five-and-two-half baths, and an oversized two-car garage. Some of the most appealing features in the open-concept residence – completely customized to suit the homeowners’ lifestyle – include 1,990-plus square feet of storage space, an expansive three-tiered outdoor living area and two owner’s suites. It will present an interior by Theory Design as well as architectural design by R.G. Designs.
The paver- and stepping-stone-lined, lushly landscaped exterior is topped with a vine wall and complemented by grey roof tile, a black railing and shutters, a white body and trim, black windows and a modern black front door with clear glass cutouts. From the ground floor, a vaulted entry offers an upper and lower foyer with an option to take the elevator to the main living level. The lower foyer leads to an owner’s workout studio, a private bath suite and a storage area. The ground floor concludes with a beach patio, under-pool storage and a spiral staircase.
Upon exiting the elevator from the second story, one can walk directly into the grand room, an island kitchen, and a dining area with a wet bar or take detours to the second master suite, a guest bedroom, guest baths, two walk-in closets and a powder bath. The gourmet-style kitchen will be equipped with a pantry, two dishwashers, a 36-inch column refrigerator, a 24-inch designer freezer and a 48-inch gas-range stove. If homeowners and guests choose the former, they will also reach an expansive outdoor living space. This debuts an island kitchen, a high-top bar, a gourmet pizza oven, a gas grill with a ventilated hood, and a custom pool and spa as well as a pool bath, a sun shelf, planters and a spiral staircase. From the main outdoor living area, homeowners and guests can use a recreational lake for sailing, fishing, windsurfing, kayaking, canoeing, bodyboarding, paddleboarding, etc.
The second living level starts with his study on one side of the hallway and a piano room on the other. These are followed by a laundry room, a third dishwasher, his and her walk-in closets, his and her baths, and a master suite, which grants access to a paved privacy deck/balcony from either side.
This custom home is slated for completion in Fall 2022.
Seagate recently completed its Burrata model – also in Miromar Lakes, Florida with over 4,000 square feet of living space. This four-bedroom home includes four-and-two-half baths and a three-car garage. The grand entry foyer begins with a vaulted tray ceiling that draws one’s eye to clerestory windows and leads to the great room. With direct access to the island kitchen, the dining area and the outdoor living space – along with the master suite and a VIP guest suite – the great room presents floating ceilings as well as frame custom built-in shelving on an entertainment wall, and hardwood flooring. Meanwhile, the island kitchen features bubble lighting, white quartzite countertops, a full-height quartzite backsplash, white cabinetry and pantry cabinets – reflected in the nearby laundry room – a Wolf range top below a picture window, and an electric wall oven. The adjacent dining area offers a wet bar with a Sub-Zero beverage center and wine cooler, quartzite countertops and a full-height backsplash. An outdoor living area features a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and a custom pool/pool deck with LED bubblers as well as a raised spa and a firepit.
The master suite features two walk-in closets, a sitting area and vertical windows as well as continues the floating ceilings and hardwood flooring – which is further displayed in the guest bedrooms, the powder bath and the study. Just down the hall, the master bath also presents vertical windows, dual vanities, a long stone-topped bench, two private water closets, a walk-in shower and a freestanding tub. The Burrata also includes a flex room and a dog wash station.
Aside from Miromar Lakes, Florida, Seagate is breaking ground on two custom homes at Esplanade Lake Club in Fort Myers. The first of two custom homes breaking ground next month will carry the Monaco floor plan’s 3,290-plus square feet of living space. The single-story residence – with architectural design by R.G. Designs – accommodates three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, and a three-car garage. An entry foyer is just off an owner’s study and a laundry room as well as grants direct access to a grand room with coffered ceilings, as displayed in other main living spaces throughout the home. The grand room is adjacent to the island kitchen and the dining area. The master suite is connected to the master bath by his and her walk-in closets and presents a sitting area that leads to a covered patio. That exterior space is part of an outdoor living area that can also be accessed from the grand room, kitchen and dining area. A pantry, a mudroom, two VIP bedrooms and baths, and a powder bath will complete the custom home – slated for completion in 2022.
The second custom home that is breaking ground will feature the single-story Calabria floor plan – with over 3,500 square feet of living space. It offers four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, and a three-car garage. The foyer – which is adjacent to the study and just beyond the exterior entry with stepping pods – takes homeowners and guests into the great room just off the island kitchen with a pantry and a dining area. All three lead to the outdoor living space with mile-wide sunset views of Lake Como – as all homes in Esplanade Lake Club include. Two walk-in closets are on the way to the master bath from the master suite – which also opens to the outdoor living space with an accompanying pool bath. A homeowner-requested yoga studio is also off the grand foyer with views of a custom fountain/water feature. A laundry room and adjacent storage, a mudroom with an adjoining alcove, three guest bedrooms and baths – one of which will debut a shower in lieu of a tub – will complete the custom home, which is slated for completion in 2022. Theory Design is creating the interior, while R.G. Designs is conducting the architectural design.
Aside from Esplanade Lake Club, Seagate Development Group is building custom, end-user residences at Hill Tide Estates, Quail West, Windward Isle and Talis Park. At Hill Tide Estates, two model homes are under construction, with one under contract. Two other model homes are set to break ground soon, with one under contract. At Windward Isle, Seagate developed and sold 28 custom residences, with one recently completed and five under construction. This luxurious and favorably located community was named the 2019 Aurora Awards’ Residential Community of the Year. Seagate will also begin new projects at Quail West soon. In the Isola Bella neighborhood at Talis Park, two model homes are sold and under construction, one model home is reserved and under construction, and another model home is reserved and breaking ground this month.
