Fort Myers Seagate Development Group, LLC announced it has completed infrastructure installation and started construction of two furnished model residences at Windward Isle, a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes situated just south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road.  Three floor plans, two by Weber Design Group and one by RG Designs, offer over 3,000 square feet of living space under air and are priced from the $1-million’s.  Nestled in the heart of North Naples, Windward Isle is the first community to offer a low density of luxury custom homes with low homeowner’s association fees.  Located minutes from the best schools, shopping, and beach activities, Windward Isle offers exceptional value within the luxury residential product segment in Naples.  Windward Isle is being developed through a partnership of Seagate and Southborough, Massachusetts- based Capital Group Properties, LLC.  As planned, Seagate will begin accepting reservations for residences at Windward Isle in September.


Completion of the infrastructure installation at Windward Isle has brought a sense of liveliness and definition to the community.  All underground utility services have been installed, including water, sewer, and electrical lines.  A pavered entry and a pavered t-intersection have been completed.  With the community’s irrigation system in place, landscaping of the entry and streetscapes and construction of the entry monument are scheduled to start in early September.    A privacy wall surrounding the site has been completed and is in the process of being painted.


Seagate’s Abacos and Grenada models are under construction at Windward Isle.  Both furnished models will feature interiors by Jinx McDonald Interior Designs.  Pricing will be determined as construction progresses.  Completion of both models is expected in first quarter, 2016.  The single-story Abacos floor plan offers 3,065 square feet under air and a total of 4,550 square feet.  The great room plan includes three bedrooms plus a study, three-and-a-half baths, a wet bar, a gourmet island kitchen and dining area, and a three-car garage.  The great room opens to a covered lanai and outdoor kitchen measuring 536 square feet.  A custom resort-style pool that includes a sun shelf, a spa, and a spacious deck with a fire pit complete the outdoor living area.


The two-story, four bedroom, four-and-a-half bath Grenada plan includes 4,079 square feet under air and a total of 5,788 square feet.  The first floor features a den, a large great room, island kitchen, and dining area, the master suite, and a guest suite.  The great room and master bedroom open to an outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, fireplace, and a custom pool and spa.  The retreat-like second floor includes a large game room and wet bar, and two guest suites, one of which opens to a covered terrace overlooking the pool.
