Seagate Development Group has begun development of Conditioned Air’s new operations center, located at 14550 Global Parkway in the Southwest International Commerce Park in Fort Myers. The building will support the company’s current and future growth throughout Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties.

Totaling 52,710-square-feet, the operations center will consist of roughly 10,800 square feet of office space, more than 31,000 square feet of warehouse, and a nearly 11,000 square-foot mezzanine for storage and future expansion. The facility will feature a state-of-the-art training center and laboratory where technicians can expand their industry knowledge, keep abreast of the latest trends, and interact with current technology and equipment.

As developer of this project, Seagate Development Group purchased the land, was contracted to construct the building and will lease the offices back to Conditioned Air. Jerry Messioner and Derek Bornhorst of Lee & Associates assisted in brokering the deal.

“We are seeing an increase in businesses looking to expand in order to accommodate current and future growth,” said Matt Price, CEO of Seagate Development. “With population growth continuing to trend upward, projects of this magnitude are an investment for the company and provide us with a great opportunity to

expand our commercial footprint throughout the region. “ For additional information, visit SeagateDevelopmentGroup.com.
