Seagate Development Group has hired Brian Sarabacha as Director of Residential Purchasing. He will manage the residential purchasing process through turnover, including negotiating contracts, sourcing new suppliers, establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors as well as preparing bid specifications, creating new pricing policies and managing inventory.

A 13-year industry veteran, Brian started his career with 84 Lumber as an inside salesman and worked his way up to co-branch manager. This ultimately led to a purchasing manager position with American Builders Supply where he significantly increased profitability as well as lowered excessive and obsolete inventory. Prior to joining Seagate, Brian was named assistant purchasing manager at Toll Brothers where he created product programs that resulted in consistent growth month over month.

“Brian will improve our cost effectiveness and purchasing efficiencies, allowing us to not only keep up with our current growth but excel as we embark on new residential projects and communities,” said James Nulf, Jr., Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Seagate Development Group.
