The stunning exterior body and trim of the Monterey II will be presented in a Repose Grey tone with Caviar Black fascia, flashing, soffits, and gutters with a single-entry door and garage doors done in a stained dark walnut. Side lights will flank the entry door. The home’s Anderson 100 Series windows will feature black interior and exterior casings. The exterior finishes will play against the driveway’s Tri-Circle white/charcoal pavers. Black aluminum horizontal railings will line the pool deck at the rear of the home.
