Seagate Development Group LLC is poised to begin construction of its Captiva and Sanibel furnished model residences at Hill Tide Estates, a 9.98-acre gated enclave on the southern tip of Boca Grande. Pricing for the models will be determined after construction commences. Six floor plans are now included in the Fort Myers-based developer’s Hill Tide Estates offering. Designed by Rich Guzman at RG Designs, the Old Florida style plans range from 3,577 to to over 5,000 square feet under air. Nineteen luxury estate home sites starting at $1.4 million are available for purchase.

The community is generating significant interest within the Gulf coast luxury real estate market. A recent on-site event attracted more than 400 visitors. Four pending sales contracts are in the process of being finalized. An on-site sales center is open daily.

Seagate will begin construction of its 4,597-square-foot four-bedroom plus den, four-and-a-half bath Captiva model this month. The open-concept great room home will showcase traditional interior finishes and will feature an island kitchen. An outdoor living area with a summer kitchen, pool, and spa will overlook views of the Gulf of Mexico. A three-car garage is also included. Seagate expects to complete the Captiva model in March 2018.
