Seagate Development Group’s 14550 Global Parkway, LLC has sold Conditioned Air’s operations center for $8.1 million. SW Management & Realty, LLC – a Seagate affiliate – represented the seller in this transaction, while Derek Bornhorst with Lee & Associates represented the buyer.

This sale comes one year after Seagate completed the nearly 53,000-square-foot world-class facility at 14550 Global Parkway – ideally located between Interstate 75 and the Southwest Florida International Airport – in South Fort Myers.

“We were honored to work on this wonderful project with the team over at Conditioned Air,” said Matt Price, CEO & Partner at Seagate Development Group. “Though we were not in the market to sell, after meeting with Justin Clair, SVP of Acquisitions, and his team over at One Liberty Properties, we were convinced the building would be left in good hands.”

Designed and built to support the company’s growth in Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties, the Class A concrete tilt industrial property features 24-foot clear heights in the warehouse and 18 loading dock doors. In addition to warehouse space, the operations center contains executive offices, a training center and lab, a multimedia conference room and expansive parking for the Conditioned Air Fleet of vehicles.
