Seagate Development Group announced that it is just weeks away from breaking ground on a custom home in the Isola Bella neighborhood at Talis Park. Meanwhile, Seagate’s furnished Revana and Monterey II models are under construction and under contract. Its furnished Sonoma model is under contract and breaking ground soon. These model homes are also in Isola Bella – an exclusive 4.5-acre enclave of the last 17 single-family waterfront homesites in a luxury golf community. Theory Design is creating the interiors and R.G. Designs is featuring an architectural design in the upcoming custom home and three model homes.

The custom home will be 3,925 square feet under air over four bedrooms, four-and-three-half baths, and a three-car garage. The exterior is set to present a black, gray and white color scheme – specifically with iron double doors, black shutters and windows, and white and charcoal pavers, among other finishes. A feature pool with LED bubblers and stepping stones, along with plantings for textural contrast, completes the exterior.

Beyond the entry doors, one will find a grand foyer that leads to a great room. This is off an island kitchen with a wet bar; a dining area; and stainless-steel Sub-Zero, Asko, Miele and Wolf appliances. Other features include a wine room, a full pantry, a powder bath, a laundry room with a Whirpool refrigerator, and a VIP guest suite that completes the first living level. Light-wire-brush-style, European couture oak flooring and polished-chrome-finished hardware will be found throughout the home. Some of the home’s most distinct features include a future generator pad, a whole-house central vacuum system and a pot filler that will act as a waterspout for dogs. The two-level outdoor living area unveils a covered lanai, an infinity-edge pool, a water wall feature, a spa, a sun shelf, a pool terrace, a trough with an LED bubbler, and a pool bath as well as a lower terrace with a firepit. An outdoor kitchen with under-counter appliances finishes this space.

Upon taking the elevator or stairs to the second floor, one will find the remaining guest bedrooms and baths, a morning bar, a second laundry room and a master suite with a sitting area that leads to the sundeck. A loft space is just off that sundeck.

This custom home is expected to be complete in 2022.

The two-story Revana model is 5,582 square feet under air – four bedrooms, four-and-three-half baths, and a two-car garage. It opens to a two-story entry and grand foyers that lead to a wine room. The island kitchen, great room and dining area open to the outdoor living area as well as a dining area, an island kitchen, a pool bath, and a custom pool and spa. A powder bath and VIP master suite top off the first floor of the Revana.

Upon taking the elevator or stairs to the second floor, one will find a flex space in the rear of the home that includes a wet bar and a powder bath as well as continues to the second half of the outdoor living area. This also features a sundeck off the master suite, which includes private water closets, dual vanities, a freestanding tub and a walk-in shower.

The Revana debuts a water feature at the entrance of the home to bring this theme together.

The furnished Revana model is scheduled for completion in Spring 2022. The Monterey II model is 4,577 square feet under air over four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, and a three-car garage. It all starts with an entry courtyard, complete with a water feature and finishes that reflect the white/charcoal pavers in the driveway.

Inside, an open-concept floor plan starts in the entry foyer and makes its way into the great room. The adjacent dining area will comfortably seat 10 people and include full access to a wet bar. Both the great room and the dining area lead to an outdoor living area, complete with a floor-to-ceiling fireplace and a pool bath, which are below a tongue in groove ceiling. The island kitchen debuts barstool seating, LED lighting, low cabinets and high windows for contrast.

After exiting the VIP guest suite, the elevator and stairs lead to a second floor that accommodates a master suite with dual walk-in closets, an adjoining flex space that functions as a loft, and a gorgeous view of a covered terrace and a pool/sundeck with black aluminum horizontal railings. The master bath features two water closets, two vanities, a freestanding tub and a walk-in shower – all of which complement two guest suites, two powder baths and a morning bar.

The Monterey II model is scheduled for completion in Spring 2022.

The two-story Sonoma is 4,012 square feet under air. That accommodates four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, and a three-car garage, along with a casual California coastal concept. This is apparent in the home’s overall tone of spatial awareness and comfort, low-profile furniture, and layers of organic, natural cotton and textured fabrics.

The Sonoma model will feature an outdoor living area with a spa-like atmosphere via gathering, lounging and waterfront views, along with a lower-area firepit. The first floor will include a great room with a vertical wood slat detail that runs up the media wall and across the ceiling. The cantilever island kitchen offers expansive seating, white oak and black cabinetry, a walk-in pantry, black plumbing and black windows that are carried into other areas of the home. A powder bath, a VIP guest suite and a Talis-Park-standard glass wall wine room complete the lower level of the Sonoma.

A staircase to the second floor is consistent with the linear features throughout the model. The master suite overlooks the water with a sitting area that opens to a sundeck. The marble clad master bath displays separate vanities, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Two additional guest suites, a loft with a morning bar and a flex space further reflect the clean and bright design of the Sonoma.

The Sonoma model is scheduled for completion in Summer 2022.

Additionally, at Esplanade Lake Club, Seagate has completed three model homes, with two sold and one under contract. The team has also developed and completed custom residences at Windward Isle as well as recently completed a $5-million-plus grand estate model at Quail West where it is a preferred builder. Seagate is also the developer of Hill Tide Estates where it has two model homes under construction – one of which is under contract – and one model home that will break ground soon.
