The Florida Home Builders Association has honored Seagate Development Group with two 2022 Aurora Awards – one for Scotlynn USA Division Inc.’s North American corporate headquarters in Fort Myers and another for a total home renovation in Quail West Golf & Country Club.

Presented during the Southeast Building Conference in Kissimmee, these awards were presented to Seagate’s standout builds from nearly 400 entries throughout the southeastern U.S. A jury of acclaimed, out-of-state designers and builders made the selections.

“These Auroras symbolize two of the biggest sectors of our company and the countless hours of work that prove that success is the inevitable result of a focus on top-line priorities,” said James Nulf, Jr., Chief Operating Officer & Partner at Seagate Development Group.

Named a Best Commercial Project over 20,000 Square Feet, Scotlynn’s 60,000-square-foot, three-story facility includes office suites and collaboration centers for over 350 management and operations team members. The state-of-the-art, Class-A space features a gym, basketball court, cafeteria, and an indoor/outdoor recreational space with an eating area.

Named a Best Renovated or Restored Single Home, a 6,000-square-foot remodeled estate home in Naples includes a new driveway, landscaping and lighting, as well as a new roof and fireplace. Seagate and its interior design firm, Theory Design, finished the great room and kitchen, added a wet bar, new sound system, staircase and French doors to the main living space, extended the outdoor living area, renovated three bathrooms and installed new flooring in all six bedrooms.

Seagate previously won an esteemed Aurora Award for its Windward Isle community in Naples – which is sold out and nearly complete.
