Seagate Development Group announced its completed Monaco model is now open for viewing at Esplanade Lake Club, a 778-acre resort lifestyle community being developed by Taylor Morrison.  The gated community is positioned on a 352-acre lake and is attracting significant homebuyer traffic.  Taylor Morrison selected Seagate as the exclusive custom homebuilder at Esplanade Lake Club.  Custom homes by Seagate will be built on 11 of the community’s most exclusive lakefront home sites.  Seagate’s three and four-bedroom Esplanade Lake Club floor plan choices range from 3,299 to 4,123 square feet under air.  In addition to the Monaco residence, furnished models showcasing Seagate’s Genova and Santorini floor plans are under construction.  All three models feature interior designs by Theory Design’s Vice President of Design Ruta Menaghlazi and Lead Designer Adriene Ged.  Seagate will also build custom homes.

To support the national mandate for social distancing, and out of an abundance of caution, Seagate is providing private Monaco model showings by appointment only.  Showing appointments can be made by contacting Seagate’s Lee Wilson at 239.289.5831or via email at LWilson@seagatedevelopmentgroup.com.  Seagate also provides virtual tours via GoTo Meeting, Zoom, or Facetime.

The Monaco model’s 3,299 square feet under air open-concept floor plan features a spacious great room with beamed ceiling details and a wet bar.  The great room opens to a covered lanai and an outdoor living area with an outdoor kitchen, pool bath, and a custom pool and spa.  The lanai and outdoor living area overlook Esplanade Lake Club’s lake views.  Outdoor Productions is designing the model’s landscaping, outdoor living area, pool and spa.  The master suite features a bedroom with a sitting area that opens to the outdoors, walk-in closets, and a morning bar.  The master bath includes dual vanities, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in shower.  Two VIP guest suites feature private baths.  The Monaco plan also features an owner’s study, a dining room that opens to the outdoor living area, an island kitchen with counter-height seating and a walk-in pantry, an audio/visual control center, and a three-car garage.

Ruta and Adriene have created a coastal beach style interior with a casually elegant feeling for the Monaco model.  Wall tones in various shades of white are accented by soft tans and warm greys.  The palette plays against ten-inch wide plank white oak hardwood flooring.  Intriguing ceiling details are found throughout the home, including reverse soffit details with cove lighting in the great room and study.  The master bedroom features a beamed ceiling detail.  The great room’s wine bar showcases a base cabinet with a satin matte black finish, a quartzite counter surface, pendant lighting, and floating shelves against a decorative wallpaper.

Seagate’s Genova floor plan includes 3,892 square feet under air and an outdoor living area measuring 1,058 square feet.  The open-concept plan features a living area that includes a grand room, an island kitchen, and a dining area.  The plan’s study can be tasked as a formal dining room.  The grand room and the dining area have pocketing sliders that open to an outdoor living area that includes a two-sided fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, and conversation and dining areas.  The floor plan features four bedrooms, four and a half baths, a pool bath, and a three-car garage.  The master bedroom’s sitting area also opens to the outdoors.  The master suite includes walk-in closets and a bath with dual vanities, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in shower.

Ruta and Adriene’s design for the Genova model creates a modern interior that reflects a world travel style with art, fabrics, rugs, and accessories with global influences.  Earthy colors with neutral backgrounds and textured wallcovering accents will play against natural oak flooring.  Modern furnishings with lighter fabrics will include tribal and ethnic patterns.  An oversized linear media treatment on the great room’s feature wall will include ebony-toned media cabinets and built-in shelving with a contrasting wall texture.  The island kitchen will feature a Bosch appliance package.  Multiple windows will create a light filled ambiance in the master bedroom while providing lake views.  The modern look will carry into the master bath where warm-toned wood cabinets will combine with marble countertops and stone-like tile flooring and shower walls to create a welcoming ambiance.

The 3,794 square feet under air Santorini plan offers four bedrooms, four and a half baths, an owner’s study that can serve as a club room, and a living area with a huge great room with an optional wine room, an island kitchen with counter-height seating, and a dining area designed to accommodate a table for ten.  The great room and dining area open to a lakefront outdoor living area with a dining area and optional outdoor kitchen, a conversation area, a covered patio off the master bedroom, and a pool and spa.  An optional outdoor fireplace and an optional pool bath are available.  The master suite includes a sitting area that opens to the covered patio, separate water closets and vanities, walk-in closets, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in shower.  Additional features include ceiling details throughout the home, a walk-in pantry, and a three-car garage.

Ruta and Adriene’s island modern design style pays homage to Santorini’s stature as Greece’s most beautiful island.  Towering cliffs, deep blue and turquoise waters, whitewashed villages and dramatic views make Santorini a place of unparalleled beauty.  The homes on the island are dug entirely into volcanic rock and considered cave dwellings.  The homes’ white exteriors deflect the summer heat while their blue doors are a popular way to ward off evil spirits.

While the interior of the Santorini model will not be dug into rock or have the iconic domes or arches found on the Greek Island, Ruta and Adriene’s color palette will capture the spirit of Santorini with fresh white walls and ceilings that will play against navy blue, cobalt, turquoise and pale azure tones.  The white ceilings will be stepped and trayed and include muted blue accents.  The flooring will have a warm natural oak finish.

Esplanade Lake Club is located just east of I-75 in Fort Myers and provides easy access to the Southwest Florida International Airport, Southwest Florida’s beaches, golf courses, cultural activities, upscale shopping and dining entertainment, schools, medical facilities, and employment corridors.  As planned, on-site amenities will include a resort-style pool, the outdoor Bahama Bar and Grille restaurant, the full-service Koquina Sand Spa with a Lakeside Spa Cabana, sports courts featuring tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball, a waterfront walking trail, a kayak launch, and a learning space for residents to utilize for meetings, social activities, gaming, and more.
