Seagate Development Group has completed 25 of 28 custom homes in its gated Windward Isle enclave – located just minutes from Mercato, Waterside Shops, The Ritz-Carlton and Vanderbilt Beach and the inspiration behind Seagate’s upcoming Palisades community.

“Our signature Windward Isle sets the Seagate standard – a beautiful community of active families who can enjoy peace and tranquility in one of the most favorable locations in Southwest Florida,” said James Nulf, Jr., Chief Operating Officer & Partner at Seagate Development Group.

With the three remaining custom homes in Windward Isle slated for completion by late 2022 and early 2023, Seagate is ready to turn one of those private residences over to homeowners next month. It will carry the award-winning, single-story Abacos floor plan – 3,000-plus square feet of living space over three bedrooms plus a study, three full and two half baths, plus a two-car garage – along with an abundance of features that capitalize on time with family and close friends as well as preserve-side outdoor living.

The homeowners went with classic, coastal-themed colors for their exterior via a slate black flat-tile roof, a white façade, steel blue shutters, lantern-like light fixtures, walnut woodgrain garage doors, as well as custom double mahogany entry doors with a transom window above.

Beyond the two-story entry, the foyer will be flanked by a naturally lit study on one side that focuses on front exterior views. The streamlined great room will boast an elegant accent wall, a dry bar with an under-counter beverage center, as well as a beamed ceiling that will focus the eyes up and then out to the covered lanai. The ceiling detail will flow into the proximate chef’s kitchen with an expansive island, a gas cooktop, a combination wall oven and microwave, a walk-in pantry and a French-door refrigerator – complemented by a second refrigerator in the utility room, a transom window, under-cabinet lighting and an adjacent dining area. The great room is flanked by the guest rooms and master suite – which debuts direct views of the pool and spa as well as two walk-in closets and a master bath with dual vanities, a makeup counter, a skirt tub and a walk-in shower.

The outdoor living area will conclude the custom home in an unbeatable way. The covered lanai will feature a gas fireplace media wall with a precast mantle and stucco finish – just off the outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas grill. Surrounded by lush landscaping and overlooking an enviable preserve, the pool deck will display an LED-lit pool with a bench and swim out, along with a flush spa, tiled spillway, and LED-bubbler- and umbrella-hole-equipped sun shelf.

“This residence will transport everyone into an unequivocal resort and purposefully connect one space to the next – creating a one-of-a-kind experience for all who enter,” Nulf said.
