Seagate Development Group has completed renovations for NeoGenomics’ technologically advanced laboratory, located at 12701 Commonwealth Drive in Fort Myers.

As the contractor for this project, Seagate transformed multiple work spaces into one enlarged molecular laboratory. The renovation included a complete modification of the interior walls and the installation of new floors and ceilings. Crews also modernized the plumbing with new sinks, a safety shower and eye-washing stations as well as updated electrical, HVAC, duct and sprinkler systems.

“NeoGenomics is a large contributor to economic and commercial development in Lee County, where we at Seagate Development have also made significant contributions, planted roots and provided local opportunities,” said CEO and Partner Matt Price. “It is a privilege to lead this project that will have a major impact on Southwest Florida and beyond for years to come, thanks to NeoGenomics and their forward-thinking, lifesaving cancer genetics testing and research.”
