Seagate Development Group announced that homesites in its Isola Bella neighborhood at Talis Park are selling quickly.  Eight homesites are under contact and two have sold.  Just one site remains available.  Seagate has completed and sold two furnished models at Isola Bella.  Two new models are under construction and a third will begin construction by the end of April.  Isola Bella is a 4.5-acre enclave being developed by Seagate.  The neighborhood features 17 luxury single-family waterfront homesites with water and golf course views.  The homesites can accommodate custom estate residences from 3,500 to more than 5,000 square feet.  Each of Seagate’s Isola Bella models feature interior designs created by Theory Design.  A previously sold Sonoma model was named recipient of CBIA’s 2020 Sand Dollar Awards in the Product Design of the Year – Single Family Homes $3,000,001 – $4,000,000 and Best Outdoor Living Area $3,000,001 – $4,000,000 categories.

The two-story 5,582 square feet under air Revana model that is currently under construction is under contract prior to completion.  The model will feature a clean-lined California Coastal Modern interior design style with a neutral color pallet, white oak wide plank flooring, and textural furnishings and design accessories.  The look will convey a sense of livable luxury.  The model’s spa-like ambiance will be established by an exterior water feature at the front of the home.

A new two-story 4,012 square feet under air Sonoma model will begin construction by the end of this month and will feature an outdoor living area with conversation and dining areas, a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, pool bath, and a custom pool and spa.  The first floor will include a great room and dining area that open to the outdoors, an island kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a powder bath, and a VIP guest suite.  A glass wall wine room and bar and a custom entertainment wall will be featured in the great room.  An elevator will lead to the second floor that will showcase a master suite with a sitting area opening to a sun deck, and a bath with separate vanities, a free-standing tub, and a walk-in shower.  Two guest suites, a loft with a morning bar, and a study or exercise area will also be situated on the second floor.  The new furnished Sonoma model is priced at $4,095,000.

Talis Park is located on Livingston Road just north of Immokalee Road in North Naples, one of Naples’ most preferred locations.  The community offers easy access to the area’s shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations.  Talis Park’s amenities include the Beach Runner, the community’s exclusive beach shuttle that provides service to Vanderbilt Beach.
